- Brainstorm a list of reasons for why someone should try the food in that city.
- Add a few specific examples for each reason, if you can.
- Edit your list. (Cross out reasons that aren’t so important or that don’t have examples. Add details or additional examples to the ones that are important.)
- Choose an order for your reasons and examples and write an outline. Write a title, a topic sentence, and a concluding sentence.
- ---
- Homework: When you’re finished with your outline, use transition signals and complete sentences to write a paragraph with several reasons and examples to explain why I should go to that city to try your country’s food.
