About the role

Reporting to the IT manager you will be responsible for supporting the existing MIS as well as playing a key role in developing our next generation cutting edge application. The role involves liaising with our development team in India as well as internal stakeholders.

Skills & Experience

Junior - Mid Level PHP/JavaScript Developer
 1-5 years experience
Strong knowledge of Object Oriented Programming principles
Demonstrable proficiency with a PHP framework , preferable Cake.
Sound understanding of programming in JavaScript that extends beyond jQuery
Knowledge of CSS, HTML, JQuery, MYSQL
Experience with Web APIs including REST
Demonstrated history of developing interactive web applications that may include
MVC design pattern
Scaling or large scale applications
Multi application interoperability
Good communication skills
A sense of ownership, responsibility and pride in their code
A will to learn and push boundaries
experience implementing user interfaces
Understanding of version control methodologies git preferred.
