CM Punk broke his silence and did not hold back on what happened with WWE and gave lots of details on what happened during the last few years leading up to January of this year. He also talked about the texts he got from Vince McMahon after he left the company and revealed that he was actually fired from the company on his wedding day. I’ve spit this up in several parts but here’s the whole recap of what was said.

Punk said that Colt had the idea to do this and Punk thought it was a good idea. Punk said that he doesn’t want this to be a shoot interview even though he could have been paid handsomely. He said he will talk about the circumstances on his WWE departure. He said if people have questions then they can set up an email. He joked and said not to ask how big Batista’s d**k is. That’s been a running joke on Kayfabe Commentaries shoots that started at the Figure Four Wrestling/Wrestling Observer website. There will be a part 2 next week with Punk answering fan emails.

Punk started with his resigning with WWE a couple of years ago. He said that he kind of talked himself into giving it the “old college try.” He said that people believe these words about change and changing the place. He said that when he left in January that they changed everything and part of him thinks that some of the changes were done to spite him but he doesn’t want to sound like an old timer. He just wants to tell his story, how it unfolded, and what happened and wants to do it in a positive and non-bitter way. Punk said it’s ok to be bitter about stuff but you have to work through it. He said there’s still a few things that get him every now and then. He admitted that he wasn’t always the easiest and nicest guy to deal with and reiterated that this is not a “shoot” interview. Punk says he’s been the happiest he’s been in at least three years. He said that the thing that he thought he loved made him so miserable. He said he was miserable, he was unhappy, so “f*ck it.” He said it was a long time coming even though it was not an easy decision to make.

He said that there’s assumptions about him being banged up, not being the main event at WrestleMania, etc. He said there’s an element of truth in all of those things. The big thing that led to his decision was his health. He talked about one day being in Boston talking with Vince about resigning with the company and he tells him that since the “pipebomb” promo they’re getting more mainstream attention and all of these mainstream publications wanted to interview him. He said that there were legit companies that wanted to sponsor him and he had a pretty big money deal on the table. He said that maybe he could switch to fight shorts so he could put sponsors on his shorts and Vince said “nope, you can’t do that.” He said that wrestlers and sponsors for Raw and wrestlers would get mad. Then Brock Lesnar comes back and he can get sponsors on his gear. Brock had pre-existing sponsors as part of his deal. Punk thought the sponsorship could be a new means of income for him and the boys. Vince “blows smoke up my ass” when Punk pointed out that Brock was able to get sponsors after turning down Punk’s sponsorship idea. Punk said that he also outsold Cena on merchandise and nobody else did.

He also talked about Chael Sonnen fighting one day before the Royal Rumble. Vince said “oh my God Phil we can’t do that. That’s barbaric. Somebody is gonna die.” Punk said that he was distancing himself from such a “horrible, barbaric product.” Vince then said “did you know that they’ll have women fight soon?” Punk told him him “yes, and it’ll be the hottest f*cking thing.” Punk was basically told no by Vince again. Then the next week Triple H walks Floyd Mayweather to the ring.

He said that WWE is a creatively, toxic, stifling environment. He said he’s been offered TV shows, movies, stunt work, and other things. Not just him but other guys too. He said that he was offered things and then he’s told that he can’t do it and then 2 weeks later John Cena is doing it. He said about 2 years ago Triple H says to Punk that WWE Studios wants him in a movie. Punk said that “they’re lame as f*ck” but he was cool with it because he would get house shows off and he would get a movie credit. It was supposed to be 12 Rounds 2 and he was supposed to be an EMT. He agrees to do it and he’s signing the papers and Punk tells Triple H that it’s the European tour. Punk was totally fine with missing the European tour but he was champion and wanted to make sure that it was ok. Punk says that they don’t advertise other wrestlers doing Make-A-Wish and Cena is the poster boy. Triple H tells him it’s not the European tour even though Punk says yes it is. Then the next day it’s announced on the internet that Randy Orton would be starring in 12 Rounds 2. Punk told Triple H that they could at least called him to let him know instead of having to find out online.

Colt played devils advocate and asked some of the things that fans ask on twitter when fans act like Punk owes them something. Punk says he loves his fans and he’s giving them an explanation. Punk says that nothing he does or say will make them all happy. Punk says that there’s so much stuff online that only a minuscule amount bugs him and it gets tiresome and people that say stuff to him wouldn’t say it to his face. He thinks that the entitlement from some fans is a generational thing. He said that nobody made him who he is, including WWE. “WWE was a fcking pit stop and I would not be defined by what I do for a living.” Colt said that for every dollar he made, WWE made 14. Punk said probably a lot more than that. He said that WWE’s job is to undermine what everyone’s worth. If you’re worth 8 million then they’ll pay you less because they need to profit. He said people eat a lot of shit because it’s their dream job and they don’t want to get fired. He said wrestling is the “weirdest fcking business in the world.” He said it’s the most bipolar business in the world because they want you to be this character 24/7 but if you are being mean on twitter to somebody then they will admonish you. He said that WWE should be a happy place to work but they use it as a “bizarre mindf*ck.” He said that people say well he made millions. Punk says yea he should have made 10 million.

Punk said that he was asking for months about the WWE Network. He said that WrestleMania was $70 in HD but now it’s $9.99 on the network. Punk would say “we haven’t figured that out yet.” Punk said that they should have figured that out before the pay-per-view. He said if you speak up then they take you off of shows and now you’re not making any money. He says WWE doesn’t do anything to protect the wrestlers, they do things to protect themselves. He said they do all of the concussion PR for the public, not the boys. He said the NFL is getting “fu*ked in the ass” because of lawsuits and Vince doesn’t want to do that so that’s why they do all this stuff on PR. He said that he took a concussion test after the Rumble this year and passed with flying colors even though he knew he had a concussion. He said that if you don’t work then you get punished. He said he never had a break. He was beat up and needed knee surgery. He told Vince that he needed his knee fixed and he’d do it after he lost to The Rock. He tried to convince them that dropping it to The Rock was not the right thing to do. He said that he pitched keeping the title and defending it against The Undertaker, among other scenarios. He said he remembers being excited being on a European tour that his elbow locked up on a 45 degree angle on a bus and not being able to move it much. He was excited because he realized he would get some surgery which means time off. He got surgery on a Wednesday or a Thursday and then Vince called him on a Friday. Punk said he would be rehabbing but Vince said they could get him back on TV to do promos. Punk said he wanted to show them that he was the best at his job even with his arm in a sling.

So, he’s scared about having a blood clot and dying because that’s what happened with Chris Candido. So he’s supposed to just cut a promo and Michael Hayes comes up to him and tells him he’s working. Hayes told him he was cleared even though Punk wasn’t cleared by the doctor in Birmingham. Then some Dr. Aman told the office that he was cleared.

He talked about WWE’s Nexus angle. He had just gotten laser eye surgery but he couldn’t let the Nexus guys know in advance because the company tried to hide the Nexus angle from him and Luke Gallows. He said that when they were beating him up some “assh*le” was sticking his finger in Punk’s eye. Luke Gallows asked Punk what they should do. Punk said to just started smacking people. Gallows started beating up Ryan Reeves (Ryback).

Punk talks about being WWE Champion. He said he worked his ass off every show and made every show and has fond memories working with guys like Alberto Del Rio and Daniel Bryan. Punk says he likes to think he’s an old school guy like Harley Race and would go out there while injured. He said “there was never really a place for me in that company.” Punk said that there’s 26 writers and you don’t know who they are and they’ve never been in a fight in their life and if you make them mad then you’re “f*cked either way.” He thought the SES was great and wondered why they weren’t doing anything with it. He said he remembered telling Vince that they should “ride this to Mania” or maybe do a three way. He said that WWE has no plans going forward for anybody except Cena. He said it’s about “what’s next for Cena.” Punk said that Vince came to him and Rock is coming back and wants to work against a bad guy and he either turns heel or drops the title to Daniel Bryan. Punk said he wanted to work against The Rock . Vince then told him then he needs to turn heel even though Punk didn’t want to because it cuts into merchandise sales even though he was beating Cena in merchandise sales. Around that time he was getting super beat up and he got his knee tore up. He’d ask Vince what was going on for Mania and Vince told him it was Rock vs. Cena again. Punk offered to do a three way and he could get pinned in 5 minutes but at least he got to be in the main event. Then Vince told him he’d work against The Undertaker. Then Punk asked what about after Mania? Vince said “I don’t know, what do you want to do?”

Punk said that The Shield was his idea. He said that one day the head writer Eric Pankowski told him that they would turn him heel and add a “heater” with him. They wanted to put Daniel Bryan with him but Punk said that it didn’t make sense because he and Bryan could be like Bret and Shawn. They wanted to have Punk do a stable with him, Big Show, Daniel Bryan, and Seth Rollins. They kept saying “a guy from FCW.” Punk didn’t like the idea and said “why don’t we pick 3 guys from FCW that are ready instead of 2 guys that are treading water.” He took the idea to Hunter and Vince and they agreed. Vince asked Punk who does he have in mind so Punk said Dean Ambrose, Seth Rollins, and Chris Hero (Khassius Ohno). Hunter shot down Hero. They wanted Roman Reigns. They said “what about Leyaki?” Punk said sure. The idea was supposed to be that it was supposed to be Punk’s group and then it became Hunter’s idea and then he was told that they would no longer be with Punk. He said “mazeltof” to those three guys and they’re doing fantastic.

He said the Ryback stuff took 20 years off his life. He said that they asked him how he feels about working with Ryback even though he’s not ready but Punk could carry him if he wanted. He said he was already beat up and hurting and said “I’m already beat up and I have to wrestle steroid guy. I call it like I see it. He’s very hurty….sometimes deliberate.” He said Ryback kicked him in the stomach once and broke his ribs and never got an apology. Punk said he had a torn up knee, did Raw, and then flew to Smackdown on a Tuesday, they dumped him to get surgery on a Wednesday morning, he’s walking out of the hospital and all “fcked up on anesthesia” when Vince calls him to say “I heard everything went well pal.” Punk tells him yea and that he’s going to start rehab and then get rolling (when he’s recovered). Then Vince tells him that they just announced on the website that he’s wrestling Ryback on the first Raw of January in a Tables, Ladders, and Chairs match. Punk says that’s about 2 and a half/3 weeks. Vince says “yep, prognosis for your surgery is 4 to 6 weeks.” Punk says to Vince that he’s booked in a horribly dangerous match with a horribly dangerous opponent. Vince told Punk that he’s about to do his program with Rock so they need to start that program right away. He told Vince he didn’t want to do it. Vince said “I would owe you one.” That’s the second time Vince said that. Punk called Vince the next day and said he wants time off when he drops the belt. Vince said he needed him for the rematch with Rock. Punk said “no way, i’m fcking out of here.” So he drops the title to Rock, does a rematch, then does WrestleMania and tells them he’s taking time off afterwards. Punk says “:I disagree, you’re gonna be the hottest heel after WrestleMania.” Punk says “explain to me how wrestling a 45 year old man is gonna make me the hottest heel in the world. No disrescpect.” He said that he wrestled the match with Taker with the biggest chip on his shoulder because he knew it would be better than Rock/Cena and Triple H/Brock. He said that he was told afterwards that he and Taker should have gone on last because they stole the show. He said he wrestled that match like he had a death wish but wasn’t paid like he should have. He tore up his other knee in that match. He said the only way he could get time off was to kill himself. He finally got 2 months off.

Punk said that being away made him rediscover things that he loved. He discovered life when he was off. He started looking at his bank account and realized he didn’t need to do this anymore. He said he could work at Starbucks and they would probably give him insurance. Punk says he has a strong philosophy about the business. He doesn’t think guys like Rollins and Ambrose don’t question things. He said why would someone lose to someone that won’t be around afterwards? Colt said that Punk is the only one, for years, that has the balls to say anything. He said Cena is one of the guys that can say stuff to Vince and maybe Randy Orton. He sais that he was at a very unhealthy point in his life. He said he never had a summer vacation in his life. Punk talked about doing a Gracie camp in Florida and he drove on his own dime to FCW and wanted to get in the ring to see how his knee feels. Then all of a sudden he gets a call from Vince. Punk says his knee feels weak but he wants to strengthen it. Vince tells Punk he wants him back at a June or July show because it was in Chicago. Punk said no he would come back at SummerSlam. Then Vince lays out the plans for he and Jericho, Paul would turn on Punk and bring in Brock to set up his match with Brock. Punk asks who is going to win the match against Brock. Vince tells Punk that Brock is winning the match. Punk then asks “who’s gonna be at work on Monday?” Then there’s silence on the phone. He asks if he’s getting a rematch and asks when Brock is coming back. Vince says “probably the Royal Rumble.” Now Punk says his stock drops in the eyes of the casual viewer. He says “fck it, I wanna be that guy.” He says to Vince “tell Brock to work the fcking house shows.” Punk says he and Brock get along great. So he does the program with Jericho, Heyman, and Lesnar. Then they ask him to work against Ryback again. Vince again says “I’ll owe you one.” Vince says that it’ll be different this time. Punk said he was more interested in working with Curtis Axel to try and elevate him. Punk sarcastically says that Triple H did such a good job at elevating Axel even though he promised he would. So Punk works Ryback. He tells Ryback that it’s a clean slate and lets turn this into a main event. First night Ryback gorilla presses Punk and instead of putting him through a table, he misses the table. Punk goes to Ryback and says “you can’t tell me you didn’t do that on purpose. you tell me that you’re dumb as fck and you suck or you did it on purpose.” Ryback says “i’m dumb as fck, i’m sorry.” At that point there was nothing Punk could do. He said it hurts working against him. There was another match where Ryback took a shot at him and kicked Punk as hard as he could. He also took an ugly bump from a Roman Reigns spear. So now his ribs are hurting.

He talked about working against Luke Harper and getting a concussion after getting hit with something. The doctor said “do you have a concussion or can you go to Europe kind of thing.” Punk went to Europe but said that’s on him and it’s his fault for going. He said he was dry heaving after every match. He said he was on all fours after every match from throwing up or dry heaving. He couldn’t sleep or train during this time. He said that the doctor gave him so much Z-Pak that he sht his pants on a Smackdown. Punk said they got mad because he said “hey everybody watch Smackdown because I sht my pants.” The office asked him to take it down because you can’t say the word “sht.” He blocked the @WWE twitter after that. He said that he was hurting so bad that he was getting 2 MRI’s a week… his neck, head, chest, getting cat scans, etc. So all of this is going on and now he sees his checks shrinking and now he has to question his pay. “I’m hurt and you’re asking me to make these shows even though you know i’m hurt and you’re telling me to take it easy and you’re cutting my pay? What the fck is wrong with that? I thought you were gonna owe me one. You need to f*cking fix this. You need to pay me.” Punk said he also complained about his WrestleMania pay. He based it off of “did I have the best match?” He had the match Taker and felt he should not get any less than Taker, Brock, Triple H, Rock, and Cena. He says he knows he got paid than all of those guys…and he knows that all of those guys could not lace his boots. He says he doesn’t care what anyone says about Rock being the draw…WrestleMania is the draw. He said that the pay-per-view with The Rock’s return (Survivor Series) did worse than the last but they blamed it on The Miz and R-Truth.

Punk says that somewhere along the way he gets this lump on his back and he goes to the WWE doc and asks him what it is because it wasn’t there before. Doc says that it looks like a fatty deposit. He said it’s been a long tradition in WWE that when someone gets something like that it gets cut out by the doc. Benoit used to pop guys zits in the locker room. Doc says to him that they’re not going to do anything about it. It gets bigger a couple of months later. Doc says since it doesn’t hurt that they’ll just leave it. Doc’s excuse that since he has to wrestle tonight it might need to get stitched so that’s why he didn’t do anything with it. Punk asked doc if he was just “fcking lazy.” Punk would tell the doc that he has a concussion and broken ribs and they’d be like “here’s a Z-Pak Phil.” Now he takes the Z-Pak and can’t sleep. He takes another Z-Pak and he shts himself in the ring. Then after that they give him an even stronger antibiotic. He takes it and it makes him feel worse with diarrhea for 3 weeks. Then everything comes to ahead and he knows Batista is coming back and he knows the Mania main event will be Batista vs. Orton. Punk said he was set on changing the company’s mind by having an awesome Royal Rumble. He said that he thought he could wow them with his work at the Rumble and they’d realize that Batista vs. Orton would be a big stinker of a match at WrestleMania 30. That day he showed the doc the thing on his back which was the size of a baseball and purple. Doc tells him “i’d cut it out now but you gotta wrestle in the Rumble. I probably want to get you on antibiotics.” Punk tells him to cut it and doc just won’t do it. He goes into more detail on the podcast but basically he gets a concussion in the Rumble match and he tells the WWE doc. Doc says “well, what do you want me to do?” Then one of the refs tells Punk that Kane is going to pull him out early. Punk’s knee jerk reaction is to finish the match. Punk gets eliminated and tells doc to cut the thing off his back and he won’t do it. That night he couldn’t sleep and he drove to Cleveland and wondered WTF he was doing with his life. He went to TV and they wanted him to take their concussion test and he had it and had a moment of clarity. Then they told him to take a piss test. He said, “i’m sick of this fcking sht. You’re going to amend the fcking drug test policy because of people that have 2 strikes so they can so they can fcking either fail again or work one of those strikes off? Continue to do drugs and you’re gonna tell me I have to take another fcking piss test?” Then they’re telling him that he’s working on Raw that night, then that he wasn’t working that night. That’s when he just had enough. Punk said that he didn’t like how much he was telling people to “fck off.” At this point his ribs were broken, his knee was torn up, and he was sick and they’re just telling him to sign stuff for another tour. He said he looked Vince in the eye and said, “Right now. Me. Right now in Cleveland, Ohio, take fcking care of me right fcking now. Don’t worry about where i’m supposed to be tomorrow. Don’t worry about what segment i’m supposed to be on. Fcking fix me. My fcking ribs are broken, my knee is fcking torn up, i’m fcking sick..fcking help me.” Then they were just telling him about stuff he needed to sign for the upcoming tour and the piss test, etc. Then he said to Vince that he needed to talk to him and Hunter was in the room. Punk said “I do not love this anymore, i’m fcking sick, i’m fcking hurt, i’m fcking confused, I don’t know as a business what we’re doing anymore. Everyday you tell me this is a team effort but everyday it’s a fcking individual effort by me to find what’s necessary to even fcking come here. It’s not fun, I have zero fcking passion for this, i’m fcking concussed, i’m fcking hurt, and all you care about is what segment I am and how soon I can fcking get my gear on and when I can pee in this f*cking cup, and I don’t wanna do it anymore.”

Punk said that he talked openly about Batista’s return and asked Vince how does he not see that it’s the worst idea to bring him back as a babyface? Even Batista said it was a bad idea. Punk and Dave Batista are friends and they even talked about this. Punk said that Hunter mentioned the piss test and told him that Dave (Batista) just took the test. Punk then says “did you? and he (Triple H) had nothing to say.” He told Vince three years prior that if he couldn’t be all that he could be then he should fire him. Punk said that he sold more shirts than Cena until he turned heel. He said he worked guys that were dangerous to work with and he did all of these things and all he wanted was the main event at WrestleMania. He said that if Vince doesn’t seem him on that level then fine but Vince needs to fire him. He told Vince that he’s been shackled, stifled, and Vince made it a toxic environment. He said that it boggled him that Daniel Bryan was not in the WrestleMania plans because it’s his year. Vince told Punk he couldn’t believe Punk was saying this and it’s the concussion talking. Vince tells Punk that he was in the WrestleMania because he was going to wrestle Triple H. Punk looks at Triple H and says “all due respect I do not need to wrestle you. You need to wrestle me. I do not want to wrestle you. I seriously resent you for not putting me over three years ago when you should have. That would have been best for business but you had to fcking come in and squash it and then I had to lose to fcking Truth and Miz. It didn’t make any business sense then. It doesn’t make any business sense now and i’m in a position now where I can tell you that I don’t have to and nor do I want to wrestle you at WrestleMania. I don’t care if I was supposed to win, which I was. I didn’t care. I didn’t want to give him the f*cking priviledge.” He said Hunter was gritting his teeth and Hunter never liked him. He said there were never any good vibes when he was in a room with Hunter. He said Hunter told him that he was in the best match last year and that was the main event. Punk said he’s not stupid and the last match is the main event. Punk said Daniel Bryan deserved the main event this year. Punk said he needed someone who was equal or better than him in the main event at Mania so he could become an asset to the company. He said everything boils down to an old, out of touch man’s decision. He said that Vince had tears in his eyes and went to give Punk a hug. Punk shook Hunter’s hand and said goodbye and he left. Punk said in regards to people that people say that he walked out of his contract… he’s an independent contractor, was not advertised for anything, and was not in the middle of a program with anyone.

Then Punk talks about what happened a week after he left the company. Vince sends him a text saying “how ya feeling pal? You ready to come back to work?” He texted back “no, i’m so mentally fcking shot.” His wife (AJ Lee) convinced Punk to go see her doctor in Tampa. The doc has no idea who Punk is. Punk yanks his shorts down and shows him something on his back. The doctor says he has a full blown staph infection. The thing was purple and green. The doctor cut it and stuff shot out of it. He said it was the most painful experience in his entire life. The doc patched it up and put a band-aid and gave him 3 months of antibiotics. The doc told him that a Z-Pak wouldn’t have done anything for that. Punk told him that he was working with the thing and the doctor told him that he should be dead. He could have died. So now that this thing is taken care of now he can sleep. Then Vince texts him and tells him that he’s suspended for 2 months. It expires the day after Mania. Then the 2 months is up and he doesn’t hear anything and he hears Vince say on an investor call that Punk was on a “sabbatical.” Then Punk doesn’t get his royalty check. He calls the company because he found an old royalty check from last year and asked if they can re-issue the check and also if they can send out the royalty check that is owed to him. He’s told that his check is on the desk of Scott Amon (a WWE lawyer). Punk asks why. He says that they can’t withold his money and nobody’s contacted him. He gets the lawyer’s number and he calls and nobody responds, nobody answers and they’re not sending him his royalty checks. He said that it was fine and maybe they just want to let his deal run out and he could care less about the money and they could keep the money. Then he would get butt dials from Mark Carano or a butt text. Also he’d get a butt dial from Jane Geddeys. He’d let it go to voicemail and then he’d listen to the voicemail and it’d be like 7 minutes of her talking to Mark Carano (from WWE talent relations). He’d call back and leave a voicemail and then a week later he hears back with a text from her saying that they’re looking into those checks and they’ll get back to him. She never gets back to him. Now he has to switch gears because he’s getting married and the Hawks are in the playoffs so he put the checks on the back burner. 2 days before his wedding he gets a text from Hunter asking if Punk has time to talk. This is on the 11th of June. Punk said that he’s a reasonable guy and always has time to talk but he’s getting married in 2 days and going on his honeymoon but how about we talk when I get back…but in the meantime “send me my royalties and we’ll talk after my honeymoon.” Punk got his termination papers via FedEx on the day of his wedding. He said the letter he got was ridiculous. He said that the letter said that his contract is terminated and he forfeits all of his royalty rights and he’s in breach of contract as of January 27th. Punk said “i’m not even a fcking lawyer and I know you can’t claim retro breach.”

Punk said that there was a no compete in the termination letter specifically naming Ultimate Fighting Championships (even though WWE publicly says they are not competition). He said that WWE also had it in Del Rio’s no compete clause. He said that he called a vicious lawyer from Los Angeles. He said “we got those motherfckers.” Punk said he couldn’t talk about the terms of the settlement but he got everything he wanted. He also said it was dumb of them to advertise him for the video game. He got a big fat check from WWE 2K15. He said that they tried to do this “wacky sht” where Punk and WWE would do a joint statement. They also tried to get Punk to sign a non-disparagement clause where both sides would not speak negatively about the other side. Punk said that he hadn’t said a word since he left but WWE is the one that’s calling him a quitter on TV. Punk said that this is not an anti-WWE thing…he’s just telling his story and what happened. WWE then told his lawyer “we know your client is going to TNA.” Punk’s lawyer said that they were mistaken and his client despises professional wrestling and wants nothing to do with it. Punk said that even though they’re losing they want to feel they’ve won something. He said the stuff on WWEShop is stuff that he allows them to put out there. There is no working relationship and there will never be ever again. Punk said he’d like to see a Union set up for the wrestlers to protect them from injuries and concussions. He says as independent contractor you can’t work anywhere else. Punk said he’s writing comic books, training his ass off, and he’s married.

Punk feels that he failed with Wrestling because he failed his goal to main event WrestleMania. Punk says he feels awesome. Punk says that he didn’t quit, he got fired. He says he doesn’t want to be on of those guys that says “fck WWE” because he has friends that still work there. Punk said, “there’s still people that are gonna be like ‘oh you’re a quitter. you took your ball and went home’ because that’s what they heard on Monday Night Raw so they’re gonna be a sheep and just regurgitate that but that’s cool. I didn’t quit, I got fired.” He talks about dirtsheets reporting “oh, Chris Jericho says that CM Punk doesn’t talk to his friends from wrestling anymore. No, I don’t talk to the guys that have fcking agendas who are trying to ask me what happened so they can fcking report about it on their podcast or blog about it or some stupid shit like that. So if you’re out there and I stopped talking to you, it’s because you had an agenda. You weren’t checking in on me because you were fcking concerned about me. You wanted to be like ‘oh, I spoke to Punk.’ You wanted to use our private conversation as some sort of a weird way to grab hits or whatever the f*ck you call ‘em.”

Punk said there was a report about some kid at a Hawks game that wanted a picture with him. Punk said that he doesn’t get to see his wife as much as he wants to and he went to a Hawks game but unfortunately the other people he took pictures with didn’t post the photos online. He said that he was in line to get a hot dog while holding other stuff and someone yells “Hey Phil…Phil can I get a picture?” while he’s pulling out his money to pay for food. He said he’s fine with people coming up to him in public as long as they’re not rude, not “hey Phil can I get a picture?”
