  1. I have super inconsistent internet access until Thursday May 28th. I'm mostly just acting like I don't have internet access at all (I don't ~90% of the time anyway). Making this report was a major pain (don't have access to my normal computer/tools), but here it is:
  2.
  3. -New Anti-Datamining Mechanisms:
  4. All filenames and references to filenames are now blanked out. Data uses hardcoded indices (magics?) instead of filename lookups.
  5. The only reason I can still dump data quickly is because I know what filenames look like from 1.0 and 1.1.
  6. PokemonData.bin's structure was revamped (probably to make datamining harder?):
  7. The second set of 0x8 bytes (encodes species number, misc) has been bitshuffled.
  8. Miscellaneous other bytes are also bitshuffled.
  9. All Unreleased Megas had their abilities changed to a placeholder (probably to make datamining harder?):
  10. Mega Effects (Erases all Pokémon within one space of the match.)
  11.
  12. -New Anti-Cheat Mechanisms:
  13. Certain stages check how you obtain the score you do.
  14. Relevant strings:
  15. Improper data has been uploaded. Your high score(s) have been reset to zero.
  16. Improper data has been uploaded. Your entry has been removed from the ranking.
  17. The data you uploaded has been judged as improper. Your high score has been set to zero.
  18. Improper data has been used. You cannot participate in this ranking.
  19.
  20. -You can sometimes get a doubled catchrate:
  21. "Wow! Super Catch Power!"
  22.
  23. -A new item called "Mega Speedup" was added.
  24. "Use it on a Mega-Evolving Pokémon, and it'll Mega Evolve a little sooner!"
