- Yaki Ramen Pizza
- Making the dough
- Ingredients
- - Hard wheat flour – 70g
- - Soft wheat flour – 30g
- - Sugar – 3g
- - Salt – 2g
- - Olive Oil – 6ml
- - Dry Yeast – 3g
- - Warm water – 60ml
- 1. Put all flour in a bowl, and then add the salt and sugar, mixing lightly.
- 2. Add dry yeast, olive oil, and water, and then knead until dough is formed.
- 3. Roll the dough into a ball, place in the bowl and cover with plastic wrap. And place in a warm place (approximately 30℃) for one hour to allow the dough to proof. Once an hour has passed, tap the dough lightly to allow the gas to escape.
- 4. Divide the dough into three parts, round each into a ball, and then use a rolling pin to stretch each one out until very thin. Stack and roll until very thin.
- 5. Bake crust in an oven until crispy.

- Making the pizza
- Ingredients
- - Pizza dough
- - Yaki ramen
- - Store-bought pizza sauce
- - Diced picked ginger
- - Thin green onion.
- - Cheese (that will melt)
- - Parmesan cheese.
- Recipe
- 1. Coat the pizza crust with the pizza sauce. Then, put the yaki ramen on top.
- 2. Cover with the cheese and parmesan cheese.
- 3. Using the afterheat in the oven, bake for about 8 minutes, or until the cheese begins to burn.
- 4. Garnish with the green onion and pickled ginger.
