  3. Making the dough

  5. Ingredients

  7. - Hard wheat flour – 70g
  8. - Soft wheat flour – 30g
  9. - Sugar – 3g
  10. - Salt – 2g
  11. - Olive Oil – 6ml
  12. - Dry Yeast – 3g
  13. - Warm water – 60ml

  15. 1. Put all flour in a bowl, and then add the salt and sugar, mixing lightly.

  17. 2. Add dry yeast, olive oil, and water, and then knead until dough is formed.

  19. 3. Roll the dough into a ball, place in the bowl and cover with plastic wrap. And place in a warm place (approximately 30℃) for one hour to allow the dough to proof. Once an hour has passed, tap the dough lightly to allow the gas to escape.

  21. 4. Divide the dough into three parts, round each into a ball, and then use a rolling pin to stretch each one out until very thin. Stack and roll until very thin.

  23. 5. Bake crust in an oven until crispy.

  31. - Pizza dough
  32. - Yaki ramen
  33. - Store-bought pizza sauce
  34. - Diced picked ginger
  35. - Thin green onion.
  36. - Cheese (that will melt)
  37. - Parmesan cheese.

  41. 1. Coat the pizza crust with the pizza sauce. Then, put the yaki ramen on top.
  42. 2. Cover with the cheese and parmesan cheese.
  43. 3. Using the afterheat in the oven, bake for about 8 minutes, or until the cheese begins to burn.
  44. 4. Garnish with the green onion and pickled ginger.
