You give yourself the right to do that. Who cares what anyone else thinks? Calling them "weak" or "cowardly" is only something that makes yourself feel smugly superior - it doesn't actually matter what label you assign them because no one should actually care. Besides, a strong person is going to be able to do a handstand and fight 5 other people with only their feet right?
