Advantages of Cosmetic Surgery:
You can change things you don't like about your appearance.
You can look younger.
You may feel better about yourself.
You can be thinner.
You can have bigger or smaller breasts and other body parts.
It's more permanent than waxing, chemical peels, and other things.
It's simpler than diet and exercise.

Disadvantages:
It's expensive.
If you don't like it, you can't change it easily.
You may need to repeat it again after a few years.
You may have back problems (with larger breasts).
All surgery can be a little dangerous (you can have scars or infections or other complications).
You have to rest and recover from surgery.
Sometimes people have too much surgery.
You can lose feeling (after breast implants, for example).
