- When you are evaluating a map, don't forget to take these points in consideration:
- 1. If the map is consistent with the category chosen by the group, both in his art and in its gameplay.
- 2. If the map is following the maps' standard and if it has a good alignment.
- 3. How fun is the gameplay, as for the shaman as for the mice.
- 4. If the map is not confused or exagerated somewhere, either in decorations, floors, paths or items in general.
- 5. If it has false floors.
- 6. If the mechanism was well done and is not sync based.
- 7. Think on the map in a room with a lot of mice ... In case of collision, consider whether it might be bad for some mice or if it can has narrow paths to the shaman's objects.
- 8. Evaluate the map's design, how it was made and if the map was beautiful. If the art was made with joints, evaluate possible lags and unnecessary joints.
- 9. Check if the is innovative or if it seems too common.
- 10. Count the points of your evaluation and give the note to the map, forgetting who made it and if the mapper is a good map creator, because even the best make mistakes. And a lot of times on purpose just to test YOUR review! No one will be upset if you give it a very low or very high grade. ;) And do not forget to vote if you think that the map is one of the best in the competition to be on the highlight list!
- Good ratings! :)
