Third Day, Entries 4 & 5

Entry 4, Day 3:

Well, got into my first bar fight today.
Able Tome is a creep. Real messed up in the head.
He egged on Silver Tongue to kill himself, when Silver threaten to do it. "For science" he says.
It wasn't even that Silver was trying to kill himself that bothered me, it was Able way of wording it.

Kicked him right in the chest, I did. But then he broke my nose. Still stings a little.
Bob pup something on it though, and we popped it back in place. It didn't help much.

Also we got the Cap'n and Green Sleeves back today. And no violence whatsoever happened.
Turns out the seaponies just wanted the D. Or not. Maybe they wanted to eat them. Or not. I don't know what was going on that day. My head hurts. I'm gonna lie down. This place is too lewd. Fucking horny midgets...

Entry 5, Day 3:
Couldn't sleep. My back was in pain. Stupid hard floor.

But, I went back to the Inn. I was still unemployed, and then I remembered the Cap'n is a Captain!
I asked him about a job working on his ship, as a member of his crew. (Although, he doesn't have a ship yet. Still gonna work down at the docks)

Ruby offered to ask Cherenkov if I could stay at the Inn. I needed a place to stay for now. Roof over my head, and a bed to sleep in. That floor is killing me my back.

And there was a long, feelsy talk about home... Earth, I mean. I miss Earth, just as much as the rest of them.
I miss my family. I miss my cats. I miss my bed. And they don't even know where I am..
If there was a way to go back, however, I don't know what I'd do.

But, I have to be strong. If there is a way to go back, we'll cross that bridge when we come to it.
There's no time for memories. Won't do anything. Have to focus on the present. What needs to be done? There's always something that needs to be done. Never time for rest. But I'm tired. I need rest. If I rest, what could happen?
At the very least, need to relax some. But it's difficult. Very difficult.

Some people are starting to think it's a lost cause, this place. But I disagree. Nothing is hopeless, not while we live. We'll get through this, but only as a community. If we don't work together, we fail, and die. Simple as that.

I'm tired, going to bed now. Gonna start working on the docks, tomorrow, first thing in the morning.
