Tail Flail's Lv5 Personal Skill

**Meteor Strike!**
Trigger: Daily, you perform a successful Arms Attack
Effect: Perform the Move Earthquake, treating its typing as Rock and centered around the target of the Arms Attack, immediately afterwards as a Free Action. The target of the Arms Attack cannot evade this Move, and has its Defense reduced by 4 Combat Stages after calculating damage.

At the end of each turn that the target is Trapped, it takes 2d12 damage that cannot be reduced in any way, and its Speed is reduced by 1 Combat Stage. When used with the Tail Flail, Bone Breaker is a Critical Hit on 15-20. On a Critical Hit, the foe's Defense is reduced by 4 Combat Stages after calculating damage. ||

**Monster Queen's Cruelty**
Trigger: Session, a foe intends to perform a Move or Arms Attack on you
Effect: You fire a shticky web all over the foe. The foe is now Trapped. For the rest of the encounter, Moves targetting it need 4 less on the Accuracy Check to hit, it must roll 4 higher on the Accuracy Check to hit its target(s) with Moves or Arms Attacks, and its Speed is reduced by 4 Combat Stages. If the foe can no longer reach you with their Move, their turn is forfeit.
has its Accuracy, Evasion and Speed reduced by 4 (combat stages) each. In addition, a 5m Blast is created around the target. Moves targetting them need 2 less on the Accuracy Check to hit, they must roll 2 higher on the Accuracy Check to hit with their Moves or Arms Attacks, their Speed is reduced by 2 Combat Stages, and their Movement and Jump Capabilities are halved.
