Koizumi is lying on her side- or rather, her main body is. Her arms and legs appear to have been cut off and ripped to ribbons, the shreds of flesh nailed to the wall, spelling out a gruesome mockery of the word "AESTHETIC". Camera lensecaps have been placed over her eyes. Her actual camera is in ruins, and it appears it was used to bash her to death, as she has several blows all over her skull. It's fractured in numerous places. Her stomach cavity appears to have been sliced open. Several of her organs appear to have been chopped up into tiny pieces, although some seem to be missing entirely.
