  1. The Lunatic draft for Eientei's best players, we do participate in lunatic; no other difficulty in this competition. Only Windows games; no spinoffs.
  2.
  3. Basically, for voting we will post all our games at once. (Just post your list of 4 games from most wanted which is 1 to least wanted which is 4.) This system works on popularity so if everyone takes EoSD for 1 we'll play EoSD in round 1. If 2 players decide to take SA as round 2 and 2 others take EoSD for round 2 then I will have a special 2-round condition in which we'll play our game of choice; the other players their games of choice, next round we do play the games the other listed and they play what we listed for that rating. Since if a game scores the same as another game, we do have to decide but this takes away all our doubts. I feel like this is a good way to do this.
  4.
  5. Next of all, we get 2 weeks whenever we've all posted our lists; all know about the start of the competition (in which either ZM or Zigzag will inform the players, I find a trustworthy system to be one in which both of us do inform everyone.) Once it starts you get 2 weeks until the clock hits 00:00 in CST time.
  6.
  7. Make sure the games you will play are patched to the latest version, also post your replays to replays.gensokyo.org and then PM them to ZM. Exposure of your replays is not okay, downloading someone else's replay even for practice is not okay, well, for the draft participants. It's allowed to download a replay of someone which isn't in the draft; has nothing to do with it. If your replays aren't of the latest patch I'm afraid we'd have to take a good look at it to verify if it may be accepted (I said we'd but it's probably going to be ZM which is going to argument with the person in question.)
  8.
  9. No Marisa-B 3 power-MoF glitch allowance. This is not tolerated, speedkilling techniques in DDC are allowed though.
  10.
  11. You may take any shottype you like in the games, I don't want to restrict this; it's also very illogical to do so for a survival draft. I also do somewhat dislike the idea of this for scoring drafts as your victory can be instantly made or broken whenever you hear what you get. So for a survival draft I'd just like to accept every shottype for everyone.
  12.
  13. For resources, I'd like to point at Relick's Survival competition, basically the resources left will be worth that amount. At the end of each round ZM will calculate this for us all (we will get to see the calculations; you may point out any mistakes if they're there. This is to make sure everything's alright. I can't give a better system but I'd say this one is more than 'solid' so I wouldn't really worry about it.)
  14.
  15. As of Relick's survival: Each life remaining gives 5 points; each bomb remaining gives 1 point. There're also specific cases like listed below.
  16.
  17. PCB - +1 point for Marisa (due to starting with only two bombs)
  18. - 1 point for Sakuya (due to starting with four bombs)
  19. No difference for Reimu, this way all characters get 3 points per bomb in a way. I feel like this is a fair way or else you'd have a shottype advantage due to having more.
  20.
  21. SA - Since there are no bombs, power will be used instead (rounded down - i.e. 4.0 is 4 points but 3.5 is 3 points).
  22. Marisa A (Alice) gets 8.0 power, so to calculate bomb score this will be halved, and rounded down.
  23.
  24. Please do note that this competition is about having most resources left; not about getting NM (No Miss) or NB (No Bombs) 1ccs, they surely are nice but if we'd have to make a system for this then it would be too tough. Of course a perfect is always the best thing you can get. But for the first 2 mentioned it might be the smartest to not persue them. (This can differ in the end if our opinions do differ.)
  25.
  26. That's only for these games, do hold in mind that 90 FPS gives a multiplier of 2x (basically, 5 points for 1 life would be 10 points; 2 points per bomb instead of 1.) Hold in mind that this system is still argueable; we're more than willing to change this if opinions do differ.
  27.
  28. I wish everyone a lot of luck; fun during this competition!
