  1. If you make your own beans I suggest going that way but I do get lazy after a long day so canned beans are fine too.
  2.
  3. What you need-
  4.
  5. 1.) Your fav canned beans or homemade beans season to your liking.
  6.
  7. 2.) Enchilada sauce one good sized can depending on how much bean dip you're making. For just the hubby and i we will use a small can.
  8.
  9. 2.) Green verde sauce my favorite brand is by Herdez but you may use what you like.
  10.
  11. 3.) Awesome cheese of your choice my dad likes goat cheese. There are a few good Mexican cheeses you can use whatever melts best. I like jack cheese or cheddar.
  12.
  13. Ok so as soon as you finish cooking and/or heating up your beans add a Enchilada sauce to taste. Pour into your dipping bowl and sprinkle the cheese on top. Now for my favorite part add that Verde sauce to the very top I like to have a thin layer but if I'm really craving it I'll just add until I can't see the beans LOL. Now take your most awesome tortilla chips and dip away!!!!
  14.
  15. I know this probably isn't that special of a recipe but we love it. Using homemade beans that you can season to your liking is wonderful. Our favorite Mexican restaurant doesn't do this but it's as close as I've come to it. I still can't believe this subreddit exists I can die happy now.
