  9. 2. Towny Protection issues:
  10. + Intended Behaviour: Residents can break blocks on their own plots, and plots with "Resident" permissions set to TRUE.
  11. + Actual Behaviour: Residents can break blocks on every plot within a town, but Outsiders (people not in the town) cannot.
  12. Fix: Check the configs or Towny version? This is a really odd glitch and I'm not sure why it's happening, so sorry that I can't be of more help...

  17. 4. Plugin conflicts:
  18. + DeluxeChat and TownyChat both exist at the same time. TownyChat is currently taking the backshelf. I'm not sure if this is intended, because this does allow people to use Townchat and Nationchat without it messing with the DeluxeChat regular messages.
  19. + Another mod has PvP protection, it seems. Towny has built-in PvP protection by default (although it's deactivated by default) so this seems redundant. (Using the Towny method allows players to create specialised PvP arenas in towns, for OPTIONAL PvP.)
  20. - In the Towny config, there should be an option to disable PvP in the Wilderness, and have PvP disabled in towns by default.
  21. - For existing worlds, however - you'll have to manually disable PvP via the /townyadmin command, I believe.
