How to recover security  in Tunisia:

You need to band together into squads of civilians:

              Wear a white hand band so military can distinguish you - Be visible.

                                                    Keep children inside!
(!)Do not let children outside unless you are SURE it is safe and do not let them leave your sight, EVER.(!)

Join forces with your neighbourhoods.  Each neighbourhood would act as a squad, but must always be ready to  help eachother.  Always on guard, as many men as possible. Ask the army  to help re-enforce your groups by adding soldiers to each group.

    =>Have a plan!! A meeting place and some sort of escape plan prepared in case something awful happens.
    =>Try and remain calm and focused. Remember to eat and sleep when you need to.
    =>Stay away from gunfire and sounds of violence.
    =>Help who you can but do not endanger yourself and your family

     Find and collect fire extinguishers and fire blankets. Make sure  everyone knows where they are kept. Do not steal fire fighting equipment  if it is in a place where there are people.


 -  Establish barriers and maintain watch of all entrances to the area you  are housed in. form compounds with individuals you trust and create a  barrier of flat visible ground.

 -  Make a barrier of cars, also always have a vehicle in case some one  needs medical attention. refrigerators/washing machines/heavy  equipment/etc.


-  if not allready obvious, do not trust boundaries against gun fire. Fill  bags with sand for some protection fattenrom gun-fire, but do not trust  your life to it.

 -  If you must fight, it is best to do it inside buildings where guns are  less of an advantage - they can't just move far away and keep shooting -  DO NOT TRY TO FIGHT MEN WITH GUNS, AVOID IF POSSIBLE.

 - You are likely to be avoided if they suspect large amounts of resistance.

 - If in doubt retreat to another location.

Yet,  don't be a hero. Dying in the frantic attempt to save 2 kills three.  Try to stay level headed an analyze situations before you intervene.

    => Avoir un plan! Un lieu de rencontre et une sorte de plan d'évacuation préparé au cas où un malheur arriverait.
    => Essayez de rester calme et concentré. N'oubliez pas de manger et dormir quand vous en avez besoin.

    => Aidez autant que vous pouvez de gens, mais ne vous mettez pas en danger ni votre famille.

     Trouvez et collectez des extincteurs et couvertures anti-feu.  Assurez-vous que chacun sait où ils sont conservés. Ne pas voler  d'équipements anti-incendie si ils sont dans un endroit où il y a des  gens.

 -  Mettez des barrages et assurez une garde de tous les points d'entrée  de  la région où vous êtes logés.  Formez une équipe avec des personnes  de confiance et mettez un barrage plat visible sur le terrain.

 -  Faites un barrage avec des voitures, et il faut toujours avoir un  véhicule au cas où quelqu'un aurait une urgence médicale. Utilisez des  réfrigérateurs, des machines à laver, de l'équipement lourd, etc. Faites  un barrage de combustion secondaire si des matériaux inflammables  peuvent être utilisés en cas de besoin.


Même  si cela ne semble pas évident, éviter de faire confiance aux  protections contre les armes à feu.  Remplissez des sacs avec du sable  pour avoir un peu de protection contre les balles, mais ne leur confiez  pas votre vie.

 -  Si vous devez vous battre, il est préférable de le faire à l'intérieur  des bâtiments où les armes sont moins avantageuses - ils ne peuvent pas  aller loin et de continuer à tirer -

NE PAS ESSAYER DE LUTTER CONTRE LES HOMMES AVEC DES ARMES A FEU, éviter si possible.

 - Vous êtes susceptibles d'être abordés s'ils suspectent un grand nombre de résistants.

 - En cas de doute, retirez-vous à un autre endroit.

Mourir  dans une tentative désespérée de sauver  deux vies et d'en tuer trois  est inutile.  Essayez de garder votre sang-froid et analysez les  situations avant d'intervenir.
