Now updated to state that "Phase 1" is complete and to email the given address with the number corresponding to with the nearest location.

What are the Terminus videos?
They are a series of five videos, named "terminus partN /5" for N=1...5, each of which shows the outline of a country and indicates a particular artwork, which points to a a particular location in that country. Each video, includes a four digit number which we are told to remember. Apart from these, the videos are identical.

part1 /5: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BDWbJMfZj0I - found by following a link in the bottom left of the game's website "www.donotbelievehislies.com". The video shows the outline of Germany, and the location clue "Charles Meynier 1810 Battle of Jena Auerstadt". This points to the painting "http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/6/63/Charles_Meynier_-_Napoleon_in_Berlin.png" indicating the location as Brandenburger Tor, Berlin. The number to remember is "3671"

part2 /5: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=24I3347K-Xc - the dev's twitter feed "https://twitter.com/themdev" posted several pictures of poster boards, with a game related poster on. Someone came across one of these and followed the link on it to the irc channel. The poster contained a QR code linking to the video. The video shows the outline of the USA, and the location clue "Alfred Eisenstaedt 1945 V-J Day". This points to the photograph "http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/en/9/95/Legendary_kiss_V%E2%80%93J_day_in_Times_Square_Alfred_Eisenstaedt.jpg" indicating the location as Times Square, New York. The number to remember is "8652"

part3 /5: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=s8qIhDDmbtI - found using a hidden string in the top left of "alter" as the ending of the youtube url. The video shows the outline of Hong Kong, and the location clue "Tsim Sha Tsui 1913 Clock Tower" indicating the location is Tsim Sha Tsui Clock Tower, Hong Kong. The number to remember is "6321"

part4 /5: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Fj9Y31lpd-4 which was found in a video by spanish youtuber "Hypnosmorfeo" and brought to our attention by post in the subreddit. The video shows the outline of Brazil, and the location clue "Oscar Niemeyer 1968 The Four Evangelists". This points to the location as The Cathedral of Brasilia, Brasilia. The number to remember is "1031"

part5 /5: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PAQRQPaPEJ0 which was found from a url in the initial image of level #48. The video shows the outline of Australia, and the location clue "John Hughes 1908 Bronze Queen" which points to the location as the Statue of Queen Victoria, Sydney. The number to remember is "5320"
