[8/22/16, 7:30:04 PM] Arthur K. Vasentius: You see, during The Black Hawks ongoing occupation of Heroes Rise, I have been doing a bit of work. The organization known as The O.R.C.A is their target, although, I did some messing around.
[8/22/16, 7:31:07 PM] Arthur K. Vasentius: I actually have another nation that is a quote unquote "defender", who just happens to be the longest serving Prime Minister ORCA has ever seen. NSA, who is also in the region, has a nation, and he told me one day he linked that nation to me.
[8/22/16, 7:32:00 PM] Arthur K. Vasentius: I created that nation BEFORE I even met NSA, and I never mentioned anything about it. But recently, he told me that he linked that nation to me, and he wrote it down and went about his day.

[8/22/16, 7:35:18 PM] Arthur K. Vasentius: The event would start on December 1st, if Christmas themed. And would go all throughout the month in which we celebrate the holidays.

[8/22/16, 7:37:25 PM] Arthur K. Vasentius: I would create these nations, and attempt to make them look like any other nation, making it as difficult as I can for NSA. He, would then have time throughout the month, to find my nations. When he finds one of my nations, such and such points will be given to him for each nation he finds. The twist is, for every nation he doesn't find, I get the number of points he would have received had he found that nation.

[8/22/16, 7:42:36 PM] Nohbdy Corradh: The main issue I see is that I linked Arthur's puppet to him based off behavioral traits that both he and the puppet possessed, although I don't remember specifically what that pattern was. Spotting inactive and even barely active puppets is much more difficult and involve a lot of guessing and long term observation.
