12/06/13 20:24:00 * Hoshiko was different from the others. She had a different personality.  A different look to her. She never seemed to fit in. She was just taking a stroll through the parts of the forest she had not seen or walked through before. Her banner slowly swung behind her in a gentle rythm, beating with the wind which collided with the trees and bushes. Her auds flicked as she listened to the birds sing their tunes. Her cranium tilted upward as she took a wiff of the fresh air.
12/06/13 20:31:22 * Gyro who had lazily been sleeping in a tree - which was his main activity, sleeping - twitched his black ears to the sounds of footsteps from nearby. He opened his almond shaped, luminescent blue eyes and stared with curiousity as the female passed under the branch he was laying on. He waited a moment before swinging down rather heavily, using his tail to anchor himself onto it, staring at her back as she walked down the road. His face formed a smile, but turned into a quick frown as a loud snap was heard from above him. The branch, unable to hold his weight while it was distributed in one single area on the branch, snapped. His tail curled up as he fell to the ground head-first, and he meeped loudly, falling flat on his back. He would rise to his knees slowly, lifting a hand to rub his now sore head, and focused back on the female to see if she noticed him. He shook his head softly, moving his hair out of his face with the other hand and rising up to his full height, tilting his head. Well, that's one way to make an entrance, it seems.
12/06/13 20:38:25 * Hoshiko quickly jumped around to face whatever the loud noise was. Her optics scanned the area behind her, only to see an extremely tall male. Her banner tucked inbetween her legs, startled and her auds lay flattened on her crest. Her bright turqouise optics locked on the male's. She took a few large steps backwards, just incase he were to suddenly attack or do anything. She took a wiff of the air, taking in his scent. How could I not have taken in this scent before? She continously asked herself in her head. Her claws dug deep into the ground as the nervousness creeped closer and closer.
12/06/13 20:41:10 * Gyro rubbed his droopy eyes and tilted his head to his right shoulder as he continued to stare at her. A smile would form on his lips and he lifted a hand, waggling a few fingers at her, derpy, definitely. His smell mostly comprised of tree-like smells and soil. Natural and earthy. Partly smelling like pine. It wasn't a surprise that his scent wasn't noticed instantly, he smelled like the forest that surrounded them. As she stepped back, he stepped forward, tail wagging gently. "Hai." He trilled, ears perked high, forgetting all about falling out of a tree onto his head.
12/06/13 20:46:54 * Hoshiko's nervousness dissapeared all at once. She cocked her head to the side. Her body loosened as all the muscles in her body had tensed. She lifted her arm up awkwardly, then waved it slowly. "Hello.." She replied. She didn't expect this at all. Her banner began to move side to side slowly and gently. She was a little confused. She thought he would be the mean, dangerous type. But he seemed friendly. She didn't quite get it. She kept her guard, just in case he tried any sudden movements. The feather that was attatched to the piercing in her ear blew gently in the wind. Her cranium tilted downward as she looked at the dirt on the floor, then back up at the brute. She began to shuffle around a little.
12/06/13 20:51:38 * Gyro lightly stepped over more curiously, staring down at her. "What are you doing out here on your own? It's dangerous out here, especially for females." He stopped for a moment, tilting his head to the other side. "Not that you can't..possibly look after yourself, I guess. But, uh, what if I like..came and took ya'?" His forked tongue licked his lips and tasted the air as he looked more closely at her. "Yep. Very takeable!" he grins.
12/06/13 20:55:11 * Hoshiko tensed up again. Her teeth locked together. "What's that supposed to mean? A female can't look after herself? Pfft.." She snapped, frowning. Her banner stretched out straight behind her and the hairs on the back of her crest stood up. "Takeable...? What's that supposed to mean?!" She snapped again, frowing even more. "I'm not an item you can just pick up and take home, you know!" She folded her arms, a little annoyed. Her auds flattened against her head.
12/06/13 21:01:02 * Gyro meeped and put his hands up, their backs against his muscular chest. "Ah..uh. That's not what I mean't at all-!" He stepped back. "Well, maybe it was. But...I'm not gonna take you. Someone else might..." He whimpered, ears flattening and tail curling between his legs. He whimpered gently and ran his hand through his strangely neat and soft hair. "Sorry." he eventually said after the silence. Again, after another moment, he instantly perked up again and pounced at her, with the intention of a tackle-hug. It could be dodged, since it was pretty clear what he was about to do when he lowered himself to the ground and wiggled his rump like most feral felines.
12/06/13 21:05:15 * Hoshiko huffed, then the suprise of him leaping at her caused her to jump and fall back. "Gah..!" She sat up and rubbed her head. "No-one can and will take me." She told him. "And I forgive you.." She huffed, she rubbed her hand through the fur on the fur on her head. Her banner began to wag slowly, once again. Her optics watching the male carefully. "Oh, and I'm here because I like to walk through the forests..Not because I'm alone.." She told him, awkwardly, as if she was lieing.
12/06/13 21:08:30 * Gyro was now laying on his front on the floor, tail continuing to wag as he stared up at her, all splayed out. "Good~ Can we be friends now?" He grins, and then looks around. "You look pretty alone to me~ I am too. People don't usually stay around me this long. They think I'm gonna eat them or something, I dunno~" He sits up and dusts his torso and legs off. "Please~?" he adds on, regarding the friend request~
12/06/13 21:11:33 * Hoshiko huffed, then looked in his eyes. It took her a couple of minutes to think about it. "Oh, alright.." She told him. "But I'm not lonely.." She said awkwardly, again. As soon as she said it, her optics scanned the area around her again. She stood up and brushed herself off, removing leaves from her fur. She brushed the fur back in place on her head with her hand. "You do look like you're gonna eat people sometimes, though..." She told him, laughing silently to herself.
