Donations are applied only to the server you donated directly to.
Abusing in game/out of game benefits, granted powers or assets not obtainable by players who have not donated to WW2NG or any of it's assets. The player will result in a loss of in game/out of game benefits without refund.

This is a digital product and is not bound by (EU) physical item refund laws ( No refunds will be issued ). The "cooling off period" applied to online sales regarding the refunding of purchases after seven days does not apply to this transaction due to the fact that it is a donation and the in game/out of game benefits are not the direct purchase item.

You will be treated as a player who has not donated to WW2NG or any of it's assets and if banned as such, no refund will apply.

We reserve the right to ban any participator in any activity that has the potential to form a threat to the peace and stability of our servers. Such actions along with warnings apply to all steam accounts on file belonging to an IP address.

All previous donators must agree to any modifications in the terms and conditions in order for those changes to apply. Refusal to do this will mean the client will abide by default EU purchasing laws.
