  1. [11/22/2013 12:32:56 AM] Tim (Zeneva): ok, I'm back.
  2. [11/22/2013 12:33:03 AM] Tim (Zeneva): Your raid card is due in Saturday..
  3. [11/22/2013 12:33:06 AM] Tim (Zeneva): for your new machine
  4. [11/22/2013 12:33:09 AM] Tim (Zeneva): so we can get that handled for you
  5. [11/22/2013 12:33:24 AM] Tim (Zeneva): we're going to be announcing some news in the next couple weeks.
  6. [11/22/2013 2:21:20 AM] Charles Broughton: Alright, great.
  7. [11/22/2013 9:09:28 AM] Tim (Zeneva): I'm back.
  8. [11/24/2013 3:11:23 AM] Tim (Zeneva): you here
  9. [11/24/2013 3:12:00 AM] Charles Broughton: Yeah
  10. [11/24/2013 11:18:02 AM] Charles Broughton: .... I had replied a minute after you had sent that message, and yet; nothing.
  11. [11/24/2013 12:03:16 PM] Tim (Zeneva): People do sleep lol
  12. [11/24/2013 12:03:26 PM] Tim (Zeneva): and I passed out after that.
  13. [12/3/2013 9:12:34 PM] Tim (Zeneva): Is Sexton taking care of you?
  14. [12/3/2013 9:15:41 PM] Charles Broughton: Gave me a delivery date on the server, (E5), assuming that date is as it is; then that's entirely fine.
  15.
  16. However, you guys still don't have PayPal; and your CC gateway still hates my card (remember the pane last time?)
  17. [12/3/2013 9:15:55 PM] Tim (Zeneva): It is the date.
  18. [12/3/2013 9:16:11 PM] Tim (Zeneva): Sexton responded back to your ticket in regards to the CC.
  19. [12/3/2013 9:16:25 PM] Charles Broughton: Big assumptions all around, but hey; it's in writing, once it's in writing and concrete the other director's won't question anywhere I take it, lol.
  20. [12/3/2013 9:16:42 PM] Charles Broughton: And alright, i haven't received the email yet; just doing some rendering on my GPU; screen is hardly refreshing once a second.
  21. [12/3/2013 9:17:03 PM] Tim (Zeneva): he's new, and I'm educating him so he's sitting next to me and I'm helping him and coaching him.
  22. [12/3/2013 9:17:10 PM] Tim (Zeneva): we're growing
  23. [12/3/2013 9:17:28 PM] Charles Broughton: Ahh.
  24. [12/3/2013 9:20:36 PM] Tim (Zeneva): I just got an order for 325 servers.
  25.
  26. -- This message removed at Tim's request, an ongoing non-public matter. --
  27.
  28. [12/3/2013 9:21:23 PM] Charles Broughton: We've always had big talks, but I've yet to see either 32GB of RAM in my E3; nor a hint of an E5 :/.
  29. [12/3/2013 9:21:39 PM] Tim (Zeneva): well, we got a new vendor now.
  30. [12/3/2013 9:21:41 PM] Tim (Zeneva): that was the problem.
  31. [12/3/2013 9:22:15 PM] Charles Broughton: Heh, I get all my servers from Oracle. Couldn't even find a vendor, but phoned them up and they got me what I needed.
  32. [12/3/2013 9:22:41 PM] Charles Broughton: Apparently they've been doing hardware ever since they bought sun micrsystems
  33. [12/3/2013 9:29:58 PM] Tim (Zeneva): he responded
  34. [12/3/2013 9:32:57 PM] Charles Broughton: I'm going to try and get some sleep, but I've responded all the same. Can't do much until the morning as far as phoning the bank or anything, they're not exactly open at 9:30PM
  35. [12/3/2013 9:33:11 PM] Tim (Zeneva): ok, let me try something. give mea sec
  36. [12/3/2013 9:33:22 PM] Tim (Zeneva): and you can try it again if you got me 10.
  37. [12/3/2013 9:34:17 PM] Charles Broughton: Alright, because yeah; those are the two addresses, both of which pass AVS verification in PayPal's Virtual Terminal; the only way I could check it really at this time of night.
  38. [12/3/2013 9:35:32 PM] Tim (Zeneva): try it now'
  39. [12/3/2013 9:36:13 PM] Charles Broughton: Seems fine.
  40. [12/3/2013 9:36:54 PM] Charles Broughton: Yup, $278.96 total owing on my Visa -_-. The authorization went through, it's not been processed yet though (settlement time at your processor I guess.)
  41. [12/3/2013 9:40:59 PM] Tim (Zeneva): wrked, thanks.
  42. [12/3/2013 9:41:15 PM] Tim (Zeneva): yep, the batch closes out today
  43. [12/3/2013 9:41:22 PM] Tim (Zeneva): @ 4pm
  44. [12/3/2013 9:41:29 PM] Charles Broughton: Yeah, each processor has odd times.
  45. [12/3/2013 9:41:36 PM] Charles Broughton: Mine is midnight PST, simple enough.
  46. [12/3/2013 9:41:39 PM] Tim (Zeneva): it's what we set it to
  47. [12/3/2013 9:41:43 PM] Tim (Zeneva): you have to set it.
  48. [12/3/2013 9:43:08 PM] Charles Broughton: Well, as long as the E5 is delivered on the date as determined, the payment has been cleared. Otherwise at this rate; we're both going to have a big issue.
  49.
  50. I don't normally put anything on credit either, hate paying the instant 16.4% interest; eugh. This E3 really isn't usable, as I've explained well in the ticket, and could show you in Top, I have no idea why it's not performing well.
  51. [12/3/2013 9:44:39 PM] Tim (Zeneva): i will fix your ram problem
  52. [12/3/2013 9:44:48 PM] Tim (Zeneva): on Friday.
  53. [12/3/2013 9:45:06 PM] Charles Broughton: I hope it's the RAM, would rather it not be something else. Do you know if any of the drives have failed?
  54. [12/3/2013 9:45:13 PM] Tim (Zeneva): Nope, they're all fine.
  55. [12/3/2013 9:45:26 PM] Charles Broughton: The system's bogged down by something, I/O pretends it's alright but the CPU shows as 100.00% used; even if there are no virtual machines running.
  56. [12/3/2013 9:45:29 PM] Charles Broughton: Something really isn't right.
  57. [12/3/2013 9:46:31 PM] Tim (Zeneva): do you want us to put you on another E3
  58. [12/3/2013 9:47:13 PM] Charles Broughton: I honestly don't know what the issue is; could be that we're using two brands of drives, or the mixed RAM, or maybe even the motherboard considering it wouldn't take 32GB of RAM before.
  59. [12/3/2013 9:47:15 PM] Tim (Zeneva): We just got another one ?
  60. [12/3/2013 9:47:26 PM] Tim (Zeneva): well, I have a whole other sytstem
  61. [12/3/2013 9:47:28 PM] Charles Broughton: I don't have any idea; if I had an idea I would have opened a ticket regarding it, or sent you a message; haha.
  62. [12/3/2013 9:48:08 PM] Charles Broughton: Alright well, I really wouldn't mind transfering it, I'm not entirely sure how we would do that though, since once you pull the drives there's no real way to put them back in the same array.
  63. [12/3/2013 9:48:30 PM] Tim (Zeneva): we will figure it out this weekend when Jason goes back in the data center.
  64. [12/3/2013 9:48:36 PM] Charles Broughton: I guess we'd have to hot transfer.
  65. [12/3/2013 9:48:39 PM] Charles Broughton: And alright.
  66. [12/3/2013 9:49:02 PM] Charles Broughton: Cause yeah Tim, I've never had any issues with you; or even with your service so far, just... either lots of bad luck, or I don't even know at this point.
  67. [12/3/2013 9:49:12 PM] Tim (Zeneva): just had bad luck
  68. [12/3/2013 9:49:16 PM] Tim (Zeneva): I yelled at our vendor.
  69. [12/3/2013 9:49:22 PM] Tim (Zeneva): you should see the messages I sent him
  70. [12/3/2013 9:49:43 PM] Charles Broughton: Haha, you ended up purchasing more from Fry's than you did that vendor in regards to my server.
  71. [12/3/2013 9:50:47 PM] Tim (Zeneva): I was very harsh with him..
  72. [12/3/2013 9:50:55 PM] Tim (Zeneva): I actually held out on payment.
  73. [12/3/2013 9:50:58 PM] Tim (Zeneva): until he fixed it.
  74. [12/3/2013 9:51:18 PM] Charles Broughton: Well, more than enough reason to.
  75. [12/3/2013 9:51:50 PM] Charles Broughton: Just be happy I didn't hold on payment from you, I honestly only want a date to get this fixed, not to start a huge shitstorm. I've had more than enough of legal recently.
  76. [12/3/2013 9:52:05 PM] Charles Broughton: Too much of a hassle to sue someone, or even to deal with the paperwork of the leadup. -_-
  77. [12/3/2013 9:53:28 PM] Tim (Zeneva): we have already handled it.
  78. [12/3/2013 9:53:31 PM] Tim (Zeneva): with a ate and are fine.
  79. [12/9/2013 2:53:09 PM] Charles Broughton: Tim.....
  80. [12/9/2013 3:34:00 PM] Tim (Zeneva): Dealing wit something right now so we can get your E5 up
  81. [12/9/2013 3:34:10 PM] Tim (Zeneva): so give me a bit
  82. [12/11/2013 10:28:12 PM] Charles Broughton: This is becoming quite a joke.
  83.
  84. I contacted the offices of the Attorney General for the state of Florida's Consumer Protection line (Pam Bondi's offices) and spoke with the local claims' court in Osceola regarding our current predicament.
  85.
  86. They were not impressed to say the least.
  87.
  88. Legally, at the time of writing, I have full authority and means to seek out and place a lean on your company for the value of owed services, until this mess is sorted; and your local claims' court is more than happy to help me do this without involving my local municipal courts.
  89.
  90. However, they recommend I attempt to solve this situation with you one last time before enlisting their (free) services.
  91.

  93.
  94. [12/11/2013 10:30:15 PM] Tim (Zeneva): and that's why it's not done.
  95. [12/11/2013 10:30:38 PM] Tim (Zeneva): Our badges are disabled until the legal issues are resolved.
  96. [12/11/2013 10:30:43 PM] Tim (Zeneva): which we're working on resolving.
  97. [12/11/2013 10:32:44 PM] Tim (Zeneva): so instead of jumping down my throat, you should se what's going on.
  98. [12/11/2013 10:33:38 PM] Charles Broughton: I'm not jumping down your throat; just keeping you up to date. You've not exactly posted any information anywhere regarding your current issues, nor are they filed in judia (as there's no case.)
  99. [12/11/2013 10:33:46 PM] Charles Broughton: justia*
  100. [12/11/2013 10:34:01 PM] Charles Broughton: http://dockets.justia.com/search?query=Zeneva+LLC
  101. [12/11/2013 10:34:02 PM] Tim (Zeneva): no, there is no case.
  102.
  103. -- These 4 messages removed at Tim's request, an ongoing non-public matter. --
  104.
  105. [12/11/2013 10:35:24 PM] Tim (Zeneva): and if we had access, you would have had it.
  106. [12/11/2013 10:35:26 PM] Tim (Zeneva): the E5 is racked.
  107. [12/11/2013 10:35:32 PM] Tim (Zeneva): and ready to go.. just we can't cable/ethernet it.
  108. [12/11/2013 10:35:40 PM] Tim (Zeneva): cause of this.
  109. [12/11/2013 10:36:11 PM] Charles Broughton: So what's going on exactly?
  110.
  111. -- These 15 messages removed at Tim's request, an ongoing non-public matter. --
  112.
  113. [12/11/2013 10:40:17 PM] Tim (Zeneva): I will let you know, we're just dealing with this.
  114. [12/11/2013 11:02:22 PM] Tim (Zeneva): and for the record, we aren't based in Osceola County.. and nor is Zeneva a Florida based company.
  115. [12/11/2013 11:02:34 PM] Tim (Zeneva): and nor can you place a lien on equipment that is owned by us.
  116. [12/11/2013 11:02:41 PM] Tim (Zeneva): because, we don't own the equipment.
  117. [12/11/2013 11:02:45 PM] Tim (Zeneva): it's owned by a leasing company.
  118. [12/11/2013 11:03:02 PM] Tim (Zeneva): 99% of our servers is owned by a leasing company.
  119. [12/11/2013 11:03:51 PM] Charles Broughton: I'm just re-iterating what I've been told. Pam Bondi's office is the one that patched me through to Osceola County's municipal claims.
  120. [12/11/2013 11:03:55 PM] Charles Broughton: Fuck that's a hard placename to spell.
  121. [12/11/2013 11:04:11 PM] Tim (Zeneva): yea, and they probably assumed we was a Florida based company.
  122. [12/11/2013 11:04:12 PM] Tim (Zeneva): We arne't.
  123. [12/11/2013 11:04:21 PM] Tim (Zeneva): you can't place a lien on equipment that isn't owned by us.
  124. [12/11/2013 11:04:30 PM] Tim (Zeneva): or in a state that we aren't based in.
  125. [12/11/2013 11:04:36 PM] Charles Broughton: I mean shit, over here in Canada I can just do this:
  126. http://www.sse.gov.on.ca/mcs/en/pages/what_are_my_rights.aspx
  127.
  128. Which goes well over your local laws.
  129. [12/11/2013 11:05:03 PM] Charles Broughton: As they said ( and I re-iterated ), I'd rather deal with it directly. But when each guaranteed time is passed, and no tickets even answered...
  130. [12/11/2013 11:05:32 PM] Tim (Zeneva): The Consumer law doesn't apply for this
  131. [12/11/2013 11:05:34 PM] Tim (Zeneva): not in the states.
  132. [12/11/2013 11:05:55 PM] Tim (Zeneva): because you have what your paying for now.
  133. [12/11/2013 11:05:59 PM] Tim (Zeneva): with the exception of the ram.
  134. [12/11/2013 11:06:11 PM] Tim (Zeneva): your paying for an E3 1230 v3, 32GB of Ram,
  135. [12/11/2013 11:06:18 PM] Tim (Zeneva): and that's what you have. with the exception of the additional ram.
  136. [12/11/2013 11:06:38 PM] Charles Broughton: What my invoices show, my products, what I'm "paying for" is the server I still don't have.
  137. [12/11/2013 11:06:38 PM] Tim (Zeneva): but I'm not going to argue with you about it, when we get the battle resolved we'll get the E5 going.
  138. [12/11/2013 11:06:47 PM] Tim (Zeneva): I will fix that.
  139. [12/11/2013 11:06:53 PM] Charles Broughton: The above would be true if you had revised that, but you have not yet (as we had previously agreed to sort it out, and credit the difference).
  140. [12/11/2013 11:07:01 PM] Charles Broughton: Again though, that agreement was more than a month ago.
  141. [12/18/2013 10:50:36 AM] Charles Broughton: My server with you is hardlocked, good job.
  142. [12/18/2013 10:51:14 AM] Tim (Zeneva): No, it's not.
  143. [12/18/2013 10:51:17 AM] Tim (Zeneva): network is down at the moment
  144. [12/18/2013 10:51:19 AM] Tim (Zeneva): we're working on it
  145. [12/18/2013 10:51:20 AM] Tim (Zeneva): relax.
  146. [12/18/2013 11:15:30 AM] Charles Broughton: Heh, I'm relaxed; it's the kids screaming about it that aren't.
  147. [12/18/2013 11:15:53 AM] Charles Broughton: https://db.tt/ROUVrHYv etc
  148. [12/18/2013 11:17:18 AM] Charles Broughton: Do you at least have some kind of ETA? It's been 50 minutes so far, as per the longest failing nagios check.
  149. [12/18/2013 11:19:31 AM] Tim (Zeneva): working on it.
  150. [12/18/2013 11:50:02 AM] Tim (Zeneva): does www.zeneva.net come up now
  151. [12/18/2013 11:50:24 AM] Charles Broughton: NO ROUTE TO HOST, CHECK ANNOUNCEMENT
  152. [12/18/2013 11:50:42 AM] Tim (Zeneva): ok, some ip's are pinging.
  153. [12/18/2013 11:50:49 AM] Charles Broughton: It can't even find your DNS at the upstream provider.
  154. [12/18/2013 11:50:55 AM] Charles Broughton: (Whoever announces your DNS)
  155. [12/18/2013 11:50:55 AM] Tim (Zeneva): Some of our IP's are pinging.
  156. [12/18/2013 11:50:58 AM] Charles Broughton: Can't even fine nameservers.
  157. [12/18/2013 11:51:04 AM] Charles Broughton: find **
  158. [12/18/2013 11:51:05 AM] Tim (Zeneva): working on it.
  159. [12/18/2013 11:51:10 AM] Charles Broughton: Right.
  160. [12/18/2013 11:51:18 AM] Tim (Zeneva): some stuff is pinging and some isn't.
  161. [12/18/2013 11:51:19 AM] Charles Broughton: Alright, well; at least that's progress.
  162. [12/18/2013 11:51:30 AM] Tim (Zeneva): he's working on figuring out what's killed it.
  163. [12/18/2013 11:52:59 AM] Tim (Zeneva): customer just said only 2 of his blocks are down.
  164. [12/18/2013 11:53:01 AM] Tim (Zeneva): out of 3.
  165. [12/18/2013 11:53:03 AM] Tim (Zeneva): so we're working on it.
  166. [12/18/2013 1:26:07 PM] Tim (Zeneva): www.zeneva.net should come up
  167. [12/18/2013 1:26:30 PM] Tim (Zeneva): if so we're making progress.

  198. [12/18/2013 6:55:10 PM] Tim (Zeneva): We are getting close on a resolution.
  199. [12/18/2013 6:55:20 PM] Charles Broughton: Alright, sounds good.
  200. [12/20/2013 4:44:29 PM] Tim (Zeneva): Really?
  201. [12/20/2013 4:45:08 PM] Charles Broughton: "Hasn't even attempted to contact me"
  202. Really?
  203. [12/20/2013 4:45:19 PM] Charles Broughton: So, these 90 days of Skype logs are not an attempt to contact you?
  204. [12/20/2013 4:45:21 PM] Tim (Zeneva): We JUST Got over dealing with a huge network issue yseterday.
  205. [12/20/2013 4:45:23 PM | Edited 4:45:35 PM] Charles Broughton: Or the tickets **
  206. [12/20/2013 4:45:32 PM] Tim (Zeneva): We're trying to get caught up with everything
  207. [12/20/2013 4:45:39 PM] Tim (Zeneva): posting that was not needed..
  208. [12/20/2013 4:46:05 PM | Edited 4:46:13 PM] Charles Broughton: You say that, but I can't deal with this man. I've lost quite a bit over KVM10, not just the $250 to you; but the cancellations, missed orders, etc.
  209. [12/20/2013 4:46:16 PM] Tim (Zeneva): that's fine, you can take your business elewherese then.
  210. [12/20/2013 4:46:19 PM] Tim (Zeneva): and I will shut off the server
  211. [12/20/2013 4:46:23 PM] Charles Broughton: Haha, sadly; I can't.
  212. [12/20/2013 4:46:33 PM] Charles Broughton: Your pristine network can't upload that fast.
  213. [12/20/2013 4:46:48 PM] Tim (Zeneva): We just dealt with the network issue that we were resolving yesterday.
  214. [12/20/2013 4:46:54 PM] Tim (Zeneva): and are trying to catch up from it.
  215. [12/20/2013 4:47:13 PM] Charles Broughton: That's fine, this isn't a pissing contest; I just can't stand by while delivery date after delivery date is spat on.
  216. [12/20/2013 4:47:36 PM] Charles Broughton: I was fine with it until it started costing $$$, then I can't just be fine with it.
  217. [12/20/2013 4:49:16 PM] Tim (Zeneva): So then you decide to slam me instead of trying to message me today after us dealing with a huge network issue that we finally got resolved?
  218. [12/20/2013 4:49:32 PM] Tim (Zeneva): I told you we were locked out due to legal issues
  219. [12/20/2013 4:49:37 PM] Tim (Zeneva): We still are
  220. [12/20/2013 4:49:58 PM] Tim (Zeneva): We are close to getting access.
  221. [12/20/2013 4:50:05 PM | Edited 4:50:26 PM] Charles Broughton: Yeah, I didn't slam you. I left it quite open for you to explain it. (I even emphasized that three times.)
  222. [12/20/2013 4:50:24 PM] Tim (Zeneva): I shouldn't have to post. It's a private matter that could be dealt with privately.
  223. [12/20/2013 4:50:44 PM] Charles Broughton: It's been three months Tim, I've tried to deal with this privately for three months.
  224. [12/20/2013 4:51:26 PM] Charles Broughton: As I said, I stuck by and tried to work with you / wait it out, right up until yesterday when I got served an intent to sue from a rather angry customer.
  225. [12/20/2013 4:53:19 PM] Charles Broughton: I've updated the thread that part of the delay was out of your control, which is fine and helps your side. As I said, I have no intent to make this a pissing contest or slam, just to get everything sorted.
  226. [12/20/2013 4:53:42 PM] Tim (Zeneva): Not going to sort anything. Our terms clearly state what we do when we get slammed.
  227. [12/20/2013 4:54:08 PM] Tim (Zeneva): This is when I have no interest in doing business and cut ties and move on.
  228. [12/20/2013 4:54:12 PM] Charles Broughton: A log of public information, posted publicly is a slam?
  229. [12/20/2013 4:54:28 PM] Tim (Zeneva): Same thing we did the last time.
  230. [12/20/2013 4:54:32 PM] Charles Broughton: Oh, this is good.
  231. [12/20/2013 4:54:53 PM] Tim (Zeneva): We shut the server off, took our terms, and moved on and provisioned it for someone else
  232. [12/20/2013 4:55:09 PM] Tim (Zeneva): Our terms are very clear
  233. [12/20/2013 4:56:14 PM] Charles Broughton: The only related term is article 10, a standard warranty disclaimer.
  234. [12/20/2013 4:57:02 PM] Charles Broughton: Your article 17 is not valid in this case, as I have not violated any of the "above restrictions".
  235. [12/20/2013 4:57:33 PM] Charles Broughton: Article 13 is not valid either, as I have my account paid up until 01/01/2014.
  236. [12/20/2013 4:58:23 PM] Tim (Zeneva): Those rules do not apply to us at all. We have a right to follow our terms you follow. I can refund the cost difference between the servers and suspend the account if we choose. We have one of the best technology attorneys who would back us
  237. [12/20/2013 4:59:14 PM] Charles Broughton: Tim, your own Terms of Service have nothing that we have violated. Above, you have stated that "Our terms clearly state what we do when we get slammed."
  238. [12/20/2013 4:59:29 PM] Charles Broughton: The terms of service as published and accepted in my initial order, on http://www.zeneva.net/terms-of-service/
  239. [12/20/2013 4:59:52 PM] Charles Broughton: Again, this is not a pissing contest.
  240. [12/20/2013 5:00:07 PM] Tim (Zeneva): It's in direct violation of our terms. It clearly states we can suspend a customer as our sole discretion.
  241. [12/20/2013 5:01:04 PM] Tim (Zeneva): You want handle this professionally then we can. If you wish for me to follow our terms I will do that and refund the cost difference and we can end this business relationship.
  242. [12/20/2013 5:01:30 PM] Charles Broughton: The facts are:
  243. - My account is paid in full until 01/01/2014.
  244. - I have not violated any of your Terms of Service.
  245.
  246. Whether we continue service after 01/01/2014 is of course up to question, and you have full right to deny payment on 01/01/2014 and reject future services. However, I have not done anything in which makes me eligible for expulsion from your network prior to this date.
  247. [12/20/2013 5:02:11 PM] Tim (Zeneva): We can deny service to customers and suspend them at our discretion.
  248. [12/20/2013 5:02:16 PM] Tim (Zeneva): Check the terms
  249. [12/20/2013 5:02:51 PM] Charles Broughton: I am in your Terms of Service right now Tim.
  250. [12/20/2013 5:03:15 PM] Charles Broughton: "17. We reserve the right to terminate any account without warning or notice if any of the above restrictions are violated and to examine the contents of any account at any time. "
  251.
  252. This is the only slightly related article, and the important conditional here is " if any of the above restrictions are violated "
  253. [12/20/2013 5:04:43 PM] Tim (Zeneva): I can easily refund you for the time left for remainder of this month if you want get technical.
  254. [12/20/2013 5:07:40 PM] Charles Broughton: I have not violated any of the restrictions set forth in your Terms of Service or non-existent/included Acceptable Use Policy to warrant immediate suspension, expulsion or termination.
  255.
  256. This isn't a matter of technical or a pissing contest, as I have stated 3-4 times now.
  257. [12/20/2013 5:07:45 PM] Tim (Zeneva): We have suspended customers before at our discretion and if I choose to, I will. You could have easily messaged me and asked me what was going on rather then slamming us. So if you want me to take that option, let me know
  258. [12/20/2013 5:16:34 PM] Tim (Zeneva): I have an issue when you bring an issue public when we just talked a few days ago about what was goog on.
  259. [12/20/2013 5:17:48 PM] Charles Broughton: We talked about the network issue, and the alleged lockout. I use alleged in this case as there is no court case or anything to back that up (as you said, you're trying to deal with it out of court with them.)
  260. [12/20/2013 5:18:53 PM] Tim (Zeneva): And I told you as soon as access was restored we would get you up
  261. [12/20/2013 5:19:22 PM] Charles Broughton: Yeah, and this rate; my company wouldn't exist by then (given the suit I was served with.)
  262. [12/20/2013 5:20:40 PM] Tim (Zeneva): So your options are
  263.
  264. 1.) I refund you difference of what the service was and you continue on the service your on.
  265.
  266. 2.) we refund you the money for the cost difference and the remainder of the month and terminate service immediately
  267. [12/20/2013 5:21:05 PM] Tim (Zeneva): Pretty straight up
  268. [12/20/2013 5:26:13 PM] Tim (Zeneva): So please let me know and if so I will get the switch port turned off and ips null routed
  269. [12/20/2013 5:33:59 PM] Tim (Zeneva): Pretty easy to decide what to do
  270. [12/20/2013 6:15:40 PM] Tim (Zeneva): What you want me to do?
  271. [12:26:57 AM] Tim (Zeneva): ok, I'm back online.
