Well, thanks to OU being full of so many damn scarfed pokemons, it would be a little idiotic for me to not bring one of my own. Being a pretty standard Thunderus-T Scarf set, there really isn't anything to explain other than the fact that it rocks and keeps the momentum with Volt Switch.
