  1. Long Term savers:
  2. Long term investors will be offered a manual account, the same system as today with spreadsheets and such. They will be offered to lock their deposit down for x weeks, where each 4 weeks will reduce the admin fee by 1% down to 3.5% (8,5 originally). The minimum they can lock it down for is a month, hence by default the admin fee will be lower (7,5) then for the short term savers.
  3.
  4. These accounts can choose between having the profit reinvested or paid out, this can be changed without the the the account is locked. The payments and profit calculations are done on a weekly basis same as now.Though the full balance can not be withdrawn.
  5.
  6. At the end of the time setup , the investor can choose to have the whole investment paid out or to invest once again. If they decide to invest again then they will initiate another lock down.
  7. + : Lower admin rates, no insurance fee hence larger portion of the profit, a good way to ensure a diverse portfolio for long time savings.
  8. - : Hard to liquidate and the funds are locked down for a potentially long time.
  9. Recommended for whom: Larger investors that are comfortable with GBF and trust it’s long term profit.

  14. Short term investors:
  15. The short term investors will be able to invest on GLBSE by buying bonds/shares. These shares will be worth 0.1 BTC of investments in GBF each, and will have a 10% admin fee plus a 10% insurance fee to insure the NAV from dropping lower then 0.1 per shares (provided by CPA). They will pay out 80% of the profit generated by that 0.1 BTC in GBF. Payment will be weekly the same as currently.
  16.
  17. This enabled investors to invest more into GBF by buying shares and invest less by selling shares, this is a easy way to keep GBF liquid and is recommended for investors that are only interested in investing short term.
  18.
  19. These shares will be bought back for less than the nav when there’s possibility nothing is guaranteed but as it’s pure profit for the rest of the fund I am sure that some of out BTC will be used for that.
  20.
  21. +: Easy to liquidate, perfect for a short term investment, if you need the capital else where you simply sell you shares.
  22. - : High admin fee and a insurance fee pushes down the proportion of profit received.
  23.
  24.
  25.
  26. Improvement over the old system:
  27. As some of the capital is locked for a certain period of time and we are not responsible for liquidating for each withdraw requested we can keep a smaller amount of liquid BTC and we can also accept longer bonds/loans, which should generate more profit. We can also issue more shares when we need more capital for new investments, instead of having to liquidate other assets.
