The basic idea:
- This is after the hypothetical giant Cascadia earthquake. Most of the West Coast has sunk into the sea.
- The survivors (y'all) have woken up to find yourselves in the ruins below. Magic and stuff is a thing. There's monsters.
- Life has become way more... militaristic in the following years. Most folks have formed adventuring parties trying to figure out how to get a way back up to the surface... particularly that giant skyscraper that extends upward to the top.
- It's D&D but with smartphones.
