Friendly reminder to the Homestuck fandom.

My stories aren’t nearly as bad as some of the other ones featured here, but I feel like they should be shared.

I recently attended my local con cosplaying as Nepeta. Yes, I am a Homestuck. On the 3rd day of the con, all of the Homestucks decided to have a photoshoot at a fountain near the hotel the con was at.

Now, about halfway through the photoshoot this guy in a trenchcoat comes along. At first he’s just chilling and watching the shoot, so nobody really notices him. After a couple of minutes, he starts photobombing some of the pictures.

It would have been cool if he photobombed once or twice. But no, he kept doing it for every picture.

A Karkat cosplayer (let’s call him T) goes up to him and yells at him to go away. T is acting in character so trenchcoat guy doesn’t take him seriously. After a couple more photobombs T yells at him again. Trenchcoat guy still ignores him and continues photobombing. He didn’t stop photobombing until a Vriska cosplayer went up to him and politely asked him to stop.

Please people, don’t photobomb excessively. It can be funny once or twice, but more than that and it gets seriously annoying.

On the same day at the same photoshoot, there was a girl with a white shawl. She went around during the photoshoot trying to force Faygo’s onto cosplayers during the shoot. During a couple of the pictures, she was walking in front of the people taking pictures and didn’t seem to understand that you can stand right in front of the people posing.
