dankobum_ffmpeg problem windows

I converted my HD .ts with HandbrakeCLI to .mp4 . This .mp4 my Samsung TV UE32D6500 did not play with "Videocodec not supported".

So I tried ffmpeg and this was successful with Linux and the command:

ffmpeg -i $fname -vcodec libx264 -pix_fmt yuv420p -b:v $vbitrate -acodec libvo_aacenc -ar 48000 -b:a 160k -f mp4 ${base}.mp4

This .mp4 the Samsung TV plays without problems.

But with Windows 7 64 Bit, under which my strongest PC is running, which should do this work, I always get an error message:

I think, that it should be possible to run ffmpeg also on Windows with this HD movie. But I do not know the correct settings. Can anyone help?
