  1. A deal with the devil?! Amnesty given to an adversary!
  2.
  3. We join our heoes after agreeing to Nighthorse's terms: Report him dead to their superiors!
  4.
  5. Throughly guarded he stands with his mechanic soldiers, keeping the party in the line of sight.
  6.
  7. Fried Silver: "Yes, but first you have any sorta item that will help prove that your dead by any chance?"
  8. "Or are we gonna just give her our words?"
  9.
  10. Jee-Still Waki: "Hhhh... Beautiful tool is right... We need something of yours."
  11.
  12. Night: "Honestly I have no idea what could prove it. Did you have a suggestion?"
  13.
  14. Jee-Still Waki: "A finger. Precious items... Something important."
  15.
  16. Fried Silver: "Well you do lead a religion i assume with the past town insident, maybe its igsinia?"
  17.
  18. Nighthorse puts his hands on his hips, "Yeah, we are not cutting off my finger." He reaches into his coat for something.
  19.
  20. Gator (GM): He pulls out a golden object.
  21.
  22. Night: "Here, this should do it."
  23.
  24. Gator (GM): Rather than get within reach of you he tosses it to Fried!
  25. The guns are lowered as he approaches
  26. Warning!
  27. Roll agi to catch it!
  28. rolling 1d100+20
  29. (39)+20= 59
  30. Beat 59
  31.
  32. Fried Silver: rolling 1d100 + 20
  33. (87)+20= 107
  34.
  35. Gator (GM): ...Well at least you didn't roll DOUBLE over my roll.
  36. With inhuman percision you pluck the object out of the air.
  37. It appears to be a palm sized device.
  38.
  39. Jee-Still Waki: "Hhhh? What is it?"
  40.
  41. Gator (GM): It's made of reingold, by all the weird engravings you assume it's a key.
  42.
  43. Fried Silver: "Well, It's the proof. Lets head back to logos to finish the job."
  44.
  45. Gator (GM): Nighthorse signals his guards to follow him as he marches away into the bog.
  46.
  47. Jee-Still Waki: "Hhhh... Is hunt- ...Are we leaving for other lands now?"
  48.
  49. Fried Silver Shows the device to pet "Would you kindly hand over the gel?"
  50.
  51. Gator (GM): You arrive at the launch pad much faster than you had taken to leave it.
  52.
  53. Pete: Sure, in a sec.
  54. I told you tribals to stay off my pad!
  55.
  56. Gator (GM): (Okay kek, your character has been loitering around the launch pad, there to see the popular new sight: A space ship.
  57. Pete, the facility owner, has been pestering you to leave when the crew of the ship has arrived!)
  58.
  59. Fried Silver looks at the Feline "Hello there." as he bows.
  60.
  61. Kekistani: "Hello. Just curious of this, thing."
  62.
  63. Fried Silver: "You one of them curious of star exploration I assume with the loitering?"
  64.
  65. Meowser: "Exactly. I've been trying to find a good way out of this place to explore the stars."
  66.
  67. Fried Silver "We'll your in luck along with Jee, cause were leaving this place right now."
  68.
  69. Meowser: "Wonderful. May I ask, where are you heading off to?"
  70.
  71. Fried Silver: "We're heading to Logos to complete a job."
  72.
  73. Jee-Still Waki was ecstatic to hear those words. She will finally be able to witness the glory of the Great One's technology on other worlds.
  74.
  75. Meowser: "That sounds interesting, more so than the average dirt and stone. May I tag along?"
  76.
  77. Fried Silver: "Why yes, may I get your name?"
  78.
  79. Pete: Ugh, I come to Pete's space port: Get a free ride to space." He grumbles as he rolls out three barrels.
  80.
  81. Meowser: "My name is Meowser."
  82. "And yours?"
  83.
  84. Fried Silver: "Fried Silver, PLease to meet you."
  85.
  86. Jee-Still Waki: "Liar is lucky to have trading with anyone..." Jee-Still mumbles to herself.
  87.
  88. Fried Silver: (is the gel inside the barrels or was i handed it?)
  89.
  90. Pete: "What is in these barrels, anyway?"
  91.
  92. Gator (GM): (Barrels. Ancient technology housed in wooden slates. Like kentucky burbon.)
  93.
  94. Fried Silver: "Gel."
  95.
  96. You begin prep to head out of Pao. As you do you notice the instruments (An angry ramiel) tells you that you need to stop at a station to get enough fuel to get to Logos.
  97.
  98. Pete: "And I take that as a hint to stop caring! Thanks for the business."
  99.
  100. Gator (GM): Proceed to station?
  101.
  102. Fried Silver: (Yes.)
  103.
  104. Jee-Still Waki: "Filthy liar is lucky we require him." Jee-Still mumbles again. Her mood turns around as she nears the ship, and begins asking Ramiel multiple questions all about the ship.
  105. ( Yeah )
  106.
  107. Meowser: (Sure)
  108.
  109. Fried Silver: "So Jee, do you feel wrong with what we allowed back there?"
  110.
  111. Jee-Still Waki: "Letting Black Mount live? Hhhh... This one- I do not know. I do not know enough about him or your war with him."
  112. ( We at the space station? )
  113.
  114. Fried Silver: "I mean, that would be something the old crew I had do."
  115.
  116. Jee-Still Waki: ( Can I go take a peek at the robo-cops? I want to study them. Oh, and I'll need to look at you too Fried, later. )
  117.
  118. Gator (GM): (sorry)
  119. You have arrived at MRC space station.
  120.
  121. Meowser: "Oooo. What is this place?"
  122.
  123. Jee-Still Waki: "Then it is of no concern if old... kroo... would do same thing."
  124.
  125. Besides the rust, the industrial metal and sharp edges everywhere make you feel especially unwelcome.
  126.
  127. Gator (GM): Waki looks at the droids. They look to and fro with mechanical stiff authority.
  128.
  129. Jee-Still Waki is excited to see the presence of metal and technology, trying to take in as much details as she could in her journal with a childish grin.
  130.
  131. Kekistani: (Sorry, internet went down a bit)
  132.
  133. Jee-Still Waki: ( Should I use electronics to study the droids or perception? )
  134.
  135. Gator (GM): The technology here is fascinating to you, waki.
  136. Yeah, that would be a good use of the skill.
  137.
  138. Fried Silver: "Also Jee, please don't do haywire with all of this technology."
  139. "I don't want to start up any trouble."
  140.
  141. Jee-Still Waki: "Hhhhhh! I... I will not mess with any of it." Jee says excitedly. "I will only look! Only look."
  142. rolling 1d100+30+50
  143. (82)+30+50= 162
  144.
  145. Gator (GM): You examine the droid
  146. You have studied the technology a hundred times over on what you could find from texts.
  147. It looks like it's make of a series of servos interconnecting a metal frame!
  148. and it's using cameras for a sensor!
  149. At this point
  150. A voice sounds from behind1
  151.
  152. Man: Why hello!
  153. I see you are pervaying one of our finest model robots!
  154.
  155. Fried Silver Looks at the man in the red suit "Oh Hello there sir! would you happen to know where to get fuel for our ship?"
  156.
  157. Jee-Still Waki: "Hhh? What does fals-... What does you want?"
  158.
  159. Man: Why I'm here to help you with whatever you need!
  160. I can set you up with the bot of your dreams... And I know I guy in the riggings who can set you up premium H3 on the cheap.
  161.
  162. Jee-Still Waki: "Hhh... Do you have other tools? Technology? And what is a H3?"
  163.
  164. Gator (GM): The man looks upon the the bat and nods.
  165. Yes, H3 is helium isotope 3.
  166. It's what only the best ships use as fuel.
  167. I can refill your ship for, say, 10k?
  168.
  169. Fried Silver: "Sir, we need fuel, not stuff to fill balloons with."
  170. "Jee let's move along and try to find the refuel station."
  171.
  172. Man: You know where to find me!" The man waves with a grin.
  173.
  174. Jee-Still Waki: "Hhhh... OK, beautiful tool." Jee says, closing the book to follow the robot.
  175.
  176. Fried Silver Wanders around and ask for directions to the defueling station.
  177.
  178. Gator (GM): (Defueling, keke)
  179.
  180. Fried Silver: (refueling^)
  181.
  182. Gator (GM): Far north of the station is the shipyards, rather, the offices for the shipyards.
  183.
  184. Meowser stares at the man in the suit.
  185.
  186. Man: May I help you?
  187.
  188. Meowser: "Yes. Do you know where I can get basic tools, like rope?"
  189.
  190. Man: I'm just the man! I can get you all the basic tools you need for say, $600?
  191.
  192. Meowser: "What basic tools do you have?"
  193.
  194. Man: Whatever you want! Pliers, allen wrenches, circuit breakers, scissors, pry bars!
  195.
  196. Gator (GM): After asking around, fry and Jee find out they must take the train to get to someone who can help them fuel their ship.
  197.
  198. Meowser: "I would like a meter of rope, a hundred darts, and a multitool knife cost?
  199.
  200. Jee-Still Waki: "Hhh? Beautiful tool. What is a train?"
  201.
  202. Fried Silver: "Meow were heading to refuel the ship, so be civilized and don't get into any trouble."
  203. "A train is a vehicle that travels along rails."
  204.
  205. Meowser: "A;rogjt."
  206. "Alright*"
  207.
  208. Jee-Still Waki: "Hhhh..." Jee murmurs, trying to take in the design of the train as she draws its design on a new page.
  209. rolling 1d100+50-30
  210. (95)+50-30= 115
  211. ( Perception )
  212.
  213. Gator (GM): You look the system over.
  214. It looks like it's run by a series of motors that pull a chain along the rails.
  215. You are coming to understand the technology of this place abit. It doesn't seem so advanced as you thought.
  216.
  217. Fried Silver: "And Jee, this stuff is phooey compared to the stuff thats on Logos."
  218.
  219. Jee-Still Waki: "Hhhh... Tribals can make these vehicles if they so pleased... But the heart of it... That they cannot do."
  220.
  221. Gator (GM): The man leaves and comes back with a cart.
  222. "There, 3 feet of rope, 100 pointy darts, and a 'multitool.'" he says.
  223.
  224. Jee-Still Waki: "I hope so. Great One gifts are to be cherished. These tools look... dirty. Not used to represent their glory."
  225.
  226. Meowser: "Wonderful. How much would it be?
  227.
  228. Gator (GM): $600 the man says.
  229.
  230. Jee-Still Waki continues to draw into her book anyway, but with less enthusiasm. Things are starting to click together in her mind.
  231.
  232. Meowser: "How much would it be if you add a pack of cards on top?"
  233.
  234. Fried Silver: "Well yeah they can Jee, all civilizations start out like Pao."
  235.
  236. Gator (GM): ...$601 dollars.
  237.
  238. Meowser: "Perfect."
  239.
  240. Meowser pays out $601.
  241.
  242. Jee-Still Waki stops drawing. She looks at Fried with a confused expression. "What?"
  243.
  244. Gator (GM): (Jee could feel some condenscenion with that remark.)
  245. The man quickly takes the money and hands over the goods.
  246. "Need anything else, just ask Smiddley
  247.
  248. Fried Silver: "You know, they star with spears and huts, then technology advances to stuff like spaceships and mechanical beings like mwa."
  249.
  250. Gator (GM): You have enough time to catch Fried and jee before they get on the train.
  251. Join them?
  252.
  253. Jee-Still Waki 's look of confusion turns to a scowl. "Your purpose is not to lie, beautiful tool. It is not truth for filthy deniers to become Great Ones."
  254.
  255. Meowser sees Jee and Fried head to the train and follow them.
  256.
  257. Fried Silver: "Well then why are you researching the Sinners stuff then?"
  258. "They got a lot more done from Ol Lou then 'The Grea Ones'. And trust me, they ain't so great."
  259.
  260. Gator (GM): You ride upon the train.
  261. It's loud and shaky. You are certain it's days were numbered long ago but it keeps moving.
  262. An armed man approaches the group!
  263.
  264. Jee-Still Waki continues to glare at Fried. "Great One tools are glorious gifts from them. Other tools can be... inspired from Great One tools. If filthy deniers and tribals were to be like them, why have they not now?"
  265.
  266. Fried Silver: "Well, I hope there is a way back to the ship on foot."
  267.
  268. Jee-Still Waki: "Hhh?" Jee murmurs at the armed man. "What do you require?"
  269.
  270. Man: What's your business?
  271.
  272. Fried Silver: "Refueling Sir."
  273.
  274. Jee-Still Waki: "Few-ul for ship."
  275.
  276. Meowser: "Enjoying life."
  277.
  278. Man: right, what are you trading?
  279.
  280. Jee-Still Waki: "Hhhh... I have Great One tools. Others have... currency."
  281.
  282. Fried Silver Looks at Jee then to the man. "Currency."
  283.
  284. Meowser: "The wonderful memories a friendly cat can bring."
  285.
  286. Gator (GM): The man looks at fried.
  287. Then at Jee
  288. Then at Meowser
  289. Then back at Fried.
  290. Then back at Meowser.
  291.
  292. Jee-Still Waki: "Hhh?"
  293.
  294. Fried Silver: "Sir?"
  295.
  296. Meowser: "Now, now. No need to be suspicious of us."
  297.
  298. Gator (GM): "Yeah, not worth it."
  299.
  300. Jee-Still Waki: "Hhhhhhh?"
  301.
  302. Meowser quickly glances at their equipment.
  303.
  304. Meowser casually looks away.
  305.
  306. Man: "Usually we hassle people for fair but two tribals and a robot aren't exactly the ideal targets."
  307.
  308. Jee-Still Waki: ( Thieves and bandits, most like. )
  309. ( Yep. )
  310.
  311. Man: "We are with Sydney. We maintain the rails."
  312.
  313. Jee-Still Waki: "Hhhh! I am not a tribal! I fly through stars now! I am not a filthy denier!"
  314.
  315. Fried Silver: "Well thanks for not mugging us sir."
  316.
  317. Gator (GM): "So, why are you here?"
  318.
  319. Meowser: "A tribal." muttered weakly.
  320.
  321. Fried Silver: "Were heading out to refuel our ship."
  322.
  323. Man: "eh, the mugging is to pay for maintenance. No one here pays a tax."
  324.
  325. Gator (GM): "Yeah, makes sense." The man sits down on the bench.
  326.
  327. Fried Silver: "So I guess there's a third option here there instead of just death and taxes?"
  328.
  329. Man: "Yeah, shoot the tax collectors."
  330.
  331. man: "This really isn't the kind of place to walk around without knowing about it."
  332.
  333. Fried Silver: "Well I know that theres people praying on others stupidity to sell Heilum for 10k."
  334.
  335. Man: You mean H3?
  336.
  337. Fried Silver: "Yeah."
  338.
  339. Jee-Still Waki: "Is H3 not a fuel?"
  340.
  341. Gator (GM): "h3 is a fuel, yeah. Not exactly off price or anything."
  342. "I'm sure he had some elaborate trick."
  343. The train stops and starts again.
  344. Another man, this one in a suit, comes aboard.
  345.
  346. Fried Silver smacks his hands into his face.
  347.
  348. Suit: Okay, how you guys doing?
  349.
  350. Gator (GM): The gang members give him a cold stare.
  351. He turns to the group.
  352.
  353. Jee-Still Waki: "Hhhh... He is liar too then, like false great one Pete..."
  354.
  355. Suit: Hey, I resent that.
  356. So, I hear you need fuel?
  357.
  358. Fried Silver: "Yes sir."
  359.
  360. Suit: Okay. Standard Eo rocket?
  361. I can call ahead.
  362. Repairs or mods?
  363.
  364. Fried Silver: "No thanks sir, we just need fuel for our ship."
  365.
  366. Meowser: (Sorry, gotta go .-.)
  367.
  368. Meowser casually nods off
  369.
  370. Suit: No repairs.
  371.
  372. Jee-Still Waki: "Hhhh... Can I see these mods?"
  373.
  374. Suit: got it.
  375.
  376. Jee-Still Waki: "I just want to look."
  377. ( Aiight, later man. )
  378. ( Thanks for dropping by. )
  379.
  380. Gator (GM): (Later ma-- aw.)
  381.
  382. Suit: okay sure.
  383.
  384. Gator (GM): The train continues to it's destination.
  385. (Let me get the map ready)
  386. (Sorry if I'm boring, I am starved right now. Can't think a lick!)
  387. (Hope kek had fun. He seemed to pick the rules up fast.)
  388. Anyway, you arrive at your destination.
  389.
  390. Fried Silver: (yeah i hunger too.)
  391.
  392. Jee-Still Waki: ( A Pikmin 2 boss room )
  393.
  394. Gator (GM): The shipyards look like someone's garage overlooking at tremendous woven metal net connecting the various ships docked there. Sparks in the distance fly as hands work on the ships.
  395.
  396. Fried Silver: (We buying gas from a giant crab?)
  397.
  398. Gator (GM): You are approached by an obsenity.
  399. A tremendous crustacean.
  400.
  401. Fried Silver: (big bad craw dad.)
  402.
  403. Jee-Still Waki: "Hhhh! Hhhhhh! What is this?!"
  404.
  405. Gator (GM): "A speaker cracks. Yeah, I got the call before you came. You want fuel?"
  406.
  407. Fried Silver: "Yes we want fuel."
  408.
  409. Jee-Still Waki tries to calm herself, still fearful of the giant crab. She will follow Fried's example for now.
  410.
  411. Fried Silver: "Now I assume we have to do the Aussie Dome now."
  412.
  413. Gator (GM): "Sure. Cash or company?
  414. (The what?)
  415.
  416. Fried Silver: "We got cash."
  417. (stupid joke.)
  418.
  419. Jee-Still Waki: "Company? What does crab mean?"
  420.
  421. Gator (GM): The shell opens to reveal mechanical insides of the creature.
  422. Out comes a normal person.
  423.
  424. Fried Silver: "Well hello there sir."
  425.
  426. Fried Silver reaches out his hand for a handshake.
  427.
  428. Gull: Yeah we have been through that." She denies you the handshake.
  429.
  430. Jee-Still Waki: "Hhh? What is the purpose of this false crab?"
  431.
  432. Gator (GM): "Company, contract. You people don't look like the sort to actually be self employed"
  433. She looks at the crab.
  434. "It's an exosuit for working on the yards. I gussied it up to throw people off."
  435. "I get me kicks" She says with a pause.
  436.
  437. Fried Silver: "Well it does look quite lifelike."
  438.
  439. Jee-Still Waki: "Hhhh... Interesting." Jee says, retrieving her journal again to draw what mechanical guts she can see.
  440. ( Rolling electronics. If it's meant to be perception, subtract 60. )
  441. rolling 1d100+50+30
  442. (27)+50+30= 107
  443.
  444. Gator (GM): You have learned alot, this seems related to the droids from earlier but much larger. You imagine it's too heavy to really move around in gravity.
  445. "Eh, matte paint and dirt. Makes anything look real. So you wanted fuel, how do you pay?"
  446.
  447. Fried Silver: (Wait by company did she mean we would work for her for the fuel."
  448.
  449. Jee-Still Waki doesn't have the authority to pay for the fuel. Jee lets Fried do the dealing.
  450.
  451. Gator (GM): (Or bill Logos)
  452. But if you want a quest...
  453.
  454. Fried Silver: (well we can just make Ramiel pay for it.)
  455. (on not if you got stuff planned.)
  456.
  457. Jee-Still Waki: ( I'm down for whatever. )
  458.
  459. Fried Silver: (brb gotta do stuff.)
  460.
  461. Gator (GM): (Nah, I keep a bunch of adventure ideas around and just BS them into connecting to the plot.
  462. (Oh thank goodness. I have to get a sandwich or something. I'll be right back.)
  463.
  464. Jee-Still Waki: "Hhhh... We will pay with currency."
  465.
  466. Gull: "Great... Which one is your ship?"
  467.
  468. Jee-Still Waki: "The brown ship... Star flier Ramiel owns it."
  469. ( You can go get a sandwich, I can wait. )
  470.
  471. Fried Silver: (back.)
  472.
  473. Gator (GM): (WIchhhhh
  474.
  475. Fried Silver: (wait i don't see the model for ramiels ship.)
  476. (oh i see it now
  477. "It's the brown schooner sir."
  478.
  479. Jee-Still Waki: "Hhhh... Next to the brown disk ship."
  480.
  481. Gator (GM): "The... Brown one?" She says as she turns to the yard.
  482.
  483. Gull: So, no name huh?
  484.
  485. Fried Silver: "To be honest I forgot what Ram calls it Typhoon or something."
  486.
  487. Gator (GM): "Welp, 300k.
  488.
  489. Jee-Still Waki: "Hhhh... I do not know how much that is compared to... my home currency."
  490.
  491. Fried Silver whispers to Jee "Jee, i don't think Ramiel got 300k to pay for it."
  492.
  493. Gull: Is there a problem?
  494.
  495. Jee-Still Waki: "Hhhh? How can we fly through the stars then?"
  496.
  497. Fried Silver: "Well is there a way to pay with services for the fuel?"
  498.
  499. Gull: That is the life of space man.
  500.
  501. Gator (GM): "I'll comp you the fuel if you do a job for me.
  502.
  503. Jee-Still Waki: "Hhhh... What do you desire?"
  504.
  505. Fried Silver: "Whats the job you have in mind?"
  506.
  507. Gator (GM): Have you heard of castle vostock?
  508.
  509. Fried Silver: "Never heard of it sir."
  510.
  511. Gator (GM): "Probably shouldn't have. I'm the one that named it."
  512. "Out there in orbit I found a site while mining.
  513.
  514. Jee-Still Waki: "Hhhh... Tell us now. What do we have to do at this castle?"
  515.
  516. Gator (GM): "Go inside, take whatever is valuable.
  517.
  518. Jee-Still Waki: "Hhhh? That is it?"
  519. ( Sorry, didn't mean to be rude GM. )
  520.
  521. Fried Silver: "So a smash and grab then? I'm assumeing whoevers there owes you money."
  522.
  523. Jee-Still Waki: "Is there something... specific you want?"
  524.
  525. Gator (GM): "No idea, never been in there. Frankly it's probably too dangerous."
  526.
  527. Jee-Still Waki: "Hhhh... If we find things worth more than the fuel, will we receive more than promised?"
  528.
  529. Fried Silver: "Well I'ts a deal Mister Gull."
  530.
  531. Gator (GM): Great!
  532. "There is more than enough fuel in your ship to get around this sector.
  533. Get in, grab stuff, report back.
  534.
  535. Jee-Still Waki: "Hhhh... Can we receive tools to help with stealing?"
  536.
  537. Gator (GM): (Proceed to castle?
  538.
  539. Jee-Still Waki: ( Can I roll to persuade her to give us some stuff to assist us? )
  540.
  541. Fried Silver: (Yeah)
  542.
  543. Gator (GM): (Yeah, that would be a good idea.
  544.
  545. Jee-Still Waki: rolling 1d100+50
  546. (46)+50= 96
  547.
  548. Gator (GM): rolling 1d100+30
  549. (61)+30= 91
  550. "Yeah, okay."
  551.
  552. Jee-Still Waki: "Hhhh... We can steal more if we get tools to help us..."
  553. ( Hey Fried, I got flight. I can go to the top of the castle and work through that and you can breach the bottom. Or if you want, we can go in as one unit. )
  554.
  555. Gator (GM): (So what would you need? Bags? Ship tethers?
  556.
  557. Fried Silver: (bags and lock picks i guess.)
  558.
  559. Jee-Still Waki: ( Gym bags, crowbar, rope possibly, maybe something to bind people? )
  560. ( Cable ties? )
  561.
  562. Gator (GM): Sure.
  563.
  564. Jee-Still Waki: ( And lock picks. I might be able to use them with me bat ears. )
  565.
  566. Gator (GM): She agrees to give you some rope, sacks, the ship is fitted with one tether, and a power cutter from Logos.
  567.
  568. Jee-Still Waki: "Hhhh... Thanks. These will help greatly."
  569.
  570. Gator (GM): (pg. 91)
  571. Proceed to Vostock?
  572.
  573. Fried Silver: (yee)
  574.
  575. Jee-Still Waki: ( Yeah. And is it High powered or Saw powered? )
  576. ( But yeah Fried, want me to fly to the top and breach through there while you handle the bottom? )
  577. ( Or should we stick together? )
  578.
  579. Gator (GM): You proceed to the coordinates.
  580.
  581. Fried Silver: (yeah go thru the top.)
  582.
  583. Gator (GM): The castle appears to be carved into a giant asteroid.
  584.
  585. Jee-Still Waki: ( Before we go, I'll check the entrance for you. )
  586. ( And GM, what's the list of tools we got from her? )
  587. ( And amount? )
  588. ( Rolling for echolocation. )
  589. rolling 1d100+50+30
  590. (50)+50+30= 130
  591. ( Checking front entrance before I fly up to breach from above. If you want, we can roll a 1d2 to decide who gets focus on their room first. )
  592.
  593. Fried Silver: (you get focus first)
  594.
  595. Jee-Still Waki: ( Like I pick 1, you get 2. If GM rolls a 2, you'll do your room first, then when you're done it can switch to me. )
  596.
  597. Gator (GM): (20 feet of rope. Two ten gallon sacks. One short tether pg. 103, one high powered cutter pg. 93
  598.
  599. Jee-Still Waki: ( If you say so. )
  600.
  601. Gator (GM): Okay.
  602.
  603. Jee-Still Waki: ( I'll take the rope and one of the sacks. You want me to take the cutter Fried? They may keep valuables up top in a safe or something. )
  604.
  605. Gator (GM): Echo location results
  606.
  607. Jee-Still Waki: ( But my strength of 1 will definitely be a hindrance. )
  608.
  609. Fried Silver: (ill take power saw and 1 sack
  610.
  611. Jee-Still Waki: ( Gotcha. )
  612. ( I'll use the rope to bring down stuff if it's too heavy, or allow you to come up. )
  613.
  614. Gator (GM): In the entrance you find one humanoid
  615.
  616. Jee-Still Waki: "Hhh... There is someone near the front entrance. Kill him or no, do it quietly." Jee warns Fried.
  617.
  618. Gator (GM): Besides that you detect that behind the door it opens into a huge room.
  619.
  620. Jee-Still Waki: ( Want some music to go with this? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_nE94LVsYG0 )
  621. "Hhhh... It opens into a big room."
  622.
  623. Gator (GM): (Excellent. Now what was this two ways thing?
  624.
  625. Jee-Still Waki: ( Fried enters through the main entrance or a side if he so chooses, and I fly to the top to breach through there. )
  626.
  627. Fried Silver: (Ill enter thru the door and Jee would enter thru a window.)
  628.
  629. Gator (GM): Got it.
  630. rolling 1d2
  631. (1)= 1
  632. Alright, we follow Fried first, right?
  633.
  634. Fried Silver: (yeah.)
  635.
  636. Jee-Still Waki: ( Cool. )
  637.
  638. Jee-Still Waki nods to the robot and takes flight, looking for a spot to enter the castle.
  639.
  640. Gator (GM): Okay, gimme a sec.
  641.
  642. Fried Silver Freid moves up the the entrance.
  643.
  644. Jee-Still Waki: ( It's cool. I'll brb for a minute. )
  645.
  646. Fried Silver: (oh yeah forgot about that.)
  647.
  648. Gator (GM): (That might be difficult what with the space.
  649. We can assume you have radios in the helmets and stuff.
  650.
  651. Jee-Still Waki: ( Ah wait, we're in the empty void? Crap, I thought we were in an air bubble or something, otherwise my echolocation is useless. )
  652.
  653. Fried Silver walks up to one of the statues for cover.
  654.
  655. Gator (GM): (Map layer.)
  656. The statue appears to be a man.
  657.
  658. Fried Silver: (roll to examine statue?)
  659.
  660. Gator (GM): Sure
  661.
  662. Fried Silver: rolling 1d100 + 40
  663. (2)+40= 42
  664.
  665. Gator (GM): He... Look lika man.
  666. He is made of solid gold it seems and is holding a sword.
  667.
  668. Fried Silver: "Jee ya there?"
  669.
  670. Jee-Still Waki: ( Sorry, back )
  671. "Hhh... Yes, I am still here."
  672.
  673. Fried Silver: "you see anything valuable or any people? cause theres 6 statues of gold down here."
  674.
  675. Jee-Still Waki: "Hhhh... I will search. Great One tools are not the only valuable thing bird-woman wants, yes?"
  676.
  677. Fried Silver: "She wants anything valuable Jee."
  678.
  679. Jee-Still Waki: "Hhhh... I will get as much as I can."
  680. ( Alright. Still guessing echolocation doesn't work, what with the helmet on and lack of air. )
  681. rolling 1d100+50-30
  682. (30)+50-30= 50
  683.
  684. Gator (GM): You have found the top of the structure.
  685.
  686. Jee-Still Waki: ( Taking a perception check before I move forward. Never know if there's guards or another entrance. )
  687.
  688. Gator (GM): You find a statue of a bird?
  689.
  690. Jee-Still Waki: "Hhhh... This might be valuable..."
  691. ( Examining the statue. )
  692. rolling 1d100+50-30
  693. (83)+50-30= 103
  694.
  695. Gator (GM): It appears to be made of marble, not the same rock as the asteroid.
  696. You note the eyes appear glossy. Maybe they are lenses somehow.
  697.
  698. Jee-Still Waki: "Hhhh..." Jee mutters. She opens the comms to tell Fried, "I found a statue... I think other landers call it marble? And its eyes are... something else."
  699.
  700. Jee-Still Waki attempts to pry the eyes out.
  701.
  702. Jee-Still Waki: ( Maybe they're gems. )
  703. ( Or cameras and I'm boned. )
  704. ( Anyway, anything I should roll? )
  705.
  706. Gator (GM): Roll dodge!
  707. joke
  708.
  709. Jee-Still Waki: ( woah.mp3 )
  710.
  711. Gator (GM): As you stare, you could swear the bird is moving.
  712.
  713. Jee-Still Waki: "Hhh? Beautiful tool, the statue... moves slightly."
  714.
  715. Gator (GM): Smash bird statue?
  716.
  717. Fried Silver: "Jee I'm sure your staring right into a camera."
  718.
  719. Gator (GM): Or back to fries?
  720.
  721. Jee-Still Waki: ( Hmmm... Can I attempt an electronics roll? Perhaps I can do something with this. Otherwise, I'll roll to sneak inside and give the spotlight back to Fried. )
  722.
  723. Gator (GM): Sure!
  724.
  725. Jee-Still Waki: rolling 1d100+50+30
  726. (86)+50+30= 166
  727.
  728. Fried Silver: ( I sorta want to stop the game right now, its only 2 people.)
  729.
  730. Gator (GM): You look at the eyes of the statue.
  731. You imagine its too thick to track regular movement. Maybe it's following light sources from the stars?
  732. But you find no fan vents or lights on it. You imagine it must connect into the castle.
  733.
  734. Jee-Still Waki: ( I'm fine with continuing. But if it's getting boring, then we can continue this next week. )
  735.
  736. Gator (GM): (Well, let's continue alittle more.
  737.
  738. Jee-Still Waki: ( Alright. If there's nothing else to garner from it, I'll sneak inside. )
  739.
  740. Gator (GM): It's build up!)
  741. As you walk down you hear a crunch.
  742. (Okay, walk before taking flight.
  743.
  744. Jee-Still Waki: rolling 1d100+30+10
  745. (1)+30+10= 41
  746.
  747. Gator (GM): And feel a crunch. Whatevs.
  748. ...
  749.
  750. Jee-Still Waki: ( I decide to body slam the item that crunches )
  751.
  752. Gator (GM): You fall down the castle
  753.
  754. Jee-Still Waki: ( Well christ. )
  755. ( Off the walls or down the stairs? )
  756.
  757. Gator (GM): stairs
  758.
  759. Jee-Still Waki: ( Fuck. )
  760.
  761. Gator (GM): it's a slant!
  762. Because of your pratfall, the objects tumble after you.
  763. As you laid face up for a brief second a series of skulls and bones fall upon you.
  764.
  765. Jee-Still Waki: ( Well fuck me. )
  766. ( Anything I can do? )
  767.
  768. Gator (GM): You're in low gravity
  769. it's like a bounce house.
  770. You smacked the ground with no real damage and the bones followed.
  771.
  772. Jee-Still Waki: "Hhh! Hhhhh!" Jee hisses to herself, shaking off the bones that fell onto her.
  773.
  774. Gator (GM): You found some bones!
  775. Proceed to fried?
  776.
  777. Fried Silver: "Jee are you ok?"
  778.
  779. Jee-Still Waki: ( Yep. )
  780.
  781. Gator (GM): Or run away from the clear signs of death!
  782.
  783. Jee-Still Waki: "Bones! There are bones here!"
  784. ( I would like to do that, actually. )
  785. ( Go in a different way that isn't getting absolutely destroyed. )
  786. ( Should I roll to leave and find a different, not an obvious trap entrance? )
  787.
  788. Gator (GM): Sure!
  789.
  790. Jee-Still Waki: ( What should I roll then? )
  791.
  792. Gator (GM): (Oh yeah, it was totally trapped.)
  793. (Perception)
  794.
  795. Jee-Still Waki: rolling 1d100+50-30
  796. (48)+50-30= 68
  797. ( Damn my bad eyes. )
  798.
  799. Gator (GM): You search abit more. Let's go to silver
  800. As you examine the statues a figure appears in the hall.
  801. "Synthetic! You are not allowed in these halls!" you hear over your radio.
  802.
  803. Fried Silver Looks at the "creature" and tries to come up with a plan.
  804.
  805. Fried Silver: (roll to tell them that im not sythetic since im a non living bieng?)
  806.
  807. Gator (GM): (Sure)
  808.
  809. Fried Silver: rolling 1d100 + 70
  810. (22)+70= 92
  811.
  812. Gator (GM): "Ah, well. No one is allowed in these halls. Synthetic, cybernetic, or organic."
  813.
  814. Fried Silver: "They what are you doing in these halls then? Wouldn't you be breaking the rules too?"
  815.
  816. Gator (GM): "I am a caretaker of this place and you are not. I must escort you away from here."
  817. He grabs hold of your arm!
  818. "Come this way."
  819.
  820. Fried Silver: (roll to pull out pistol and slag him in the face?)
  821. (nah, I'll just go allong with him.)
  822.
  823. Gator (GM): (Oh, okay!)
  824. He walks you outside to the entrance.
  825.
  826. Axl Greez: ( I fell down through the whole castle back through the front entrance to where you are )
  827.
  828. Gator (GM): "Whatever you want, it is not here." He says before turning around and making his way inside.
  829. Jee!
  830. You found an entrance on the other side but it is a very narrow crack.
  831.
  832. Fried Silver: (I kinda wanted to end on a not dire thing, I mean its only 2 people.)
  833.
  834. Gator (GM): But before you investigate you see Fried being walked out.
  835. (True. Want to end session here?
  836.
  837. Jee-Still Waki: "Hhh... You need assistance, beautiful tool?"
  838.
  839. Fried Silver: (yeah.)
  840.
  841. Jee-Still Waki: ( Sure. )
  842.
  843. Gator (GM): Something flickers in your memory banks.
  844. Fried, you realize the bricks in their was gold as well.
  845.
  846. Jee-Still Waki: ( I say we take him out, you get the cutter, and take as much gold as you can )
  847.
  848. Gator (GM): Your internal caculator determines that the hall must be not just enough to gold to buy your own ship, but enough to cripple any gold economy you want!
  849.
  850. Fried Silver: "Listen Jee, were gonna need more men to move the gold around and Im sure there will be more heavy protection."
  851.
  852. Jee-Still Waki: ( Oh, but I'm good with continuing on)
  853.
  854. Fried Silver: "And maybe even an extra ship."
  855.
  856. Gator (GM): There is enough treasure in there to actually destroy economies.
  857.
  858. Jee-Still Waki: "Hhh... Should I take smaller items then or should we retreat for now?"
  859.
  860. Gator (GM): (I mean, if you wanted.)
  861.
  862. Fried Silver: "wait until the rest of the crew gets here."
  863.
  864. Jee-Still Waki: ( If you're cool with it, I can do my business and then next session focus on everyone else )
  865.
  866. Fried Silver: (end?)
  867.
  868. Jee-Still Waki: ( I'll sit out till we regroup )
  869. ( But if you're feeling done, I can call it)
  870.
  871. Gator (GM): (Eh, kind of. My back is getting to me.
  872.
  873. Fried Silver: (yeah im done.)
  874.
  875. Jee-Still Waki: ( Aight )
  876.
  877. Gator (GM): (I hope this was fun. I knew it would be short group.)
  878.
  879. Jee-Still Waki: ( It was neat, but I'm excited for the sneak mission next session )
  880.
  881. Gator (GM): Sneaking will be a thing, yes.
  882.
  883. Fried Silver: (Or loud incase of mess up.)
  884.
  885. Gator (GM): Roddy roddy piper stealth.
  886. Okay, XP!
  887.
  888. Jee-Still Waki: I think Fried can lift a gold statue if he can break it off the floor
  889.
  890. Gator (GM): Completing a quest, getting some cool mcguffins.
  891. +50xp?
  892.
  893. Jee-Still Waki: Jakob definitely could
  894. Sure.
