Πώς να προλάβει μια μάνα να δώσει στήριξη, αγάπη & να παίξει ρόλο στη ζωή του παιδιού της σε ένα επισκεπτήριο μόλις 30 λεπτών; #PrisonsGr16

Οι χώροι επισκεπτηρίων είναι ακατάλληλοι & τραυματικοί για τα παιδιά: κάγκελα στα παράθυρα & καρέκλες σε απόσταση #PrisonsGr16

Τα μεγαλύτερα παιδιά δεν έρχονται σε επαφή με τις μητέρες τους κατά τη διάρκεια των επισκεπτηρίων #PrisonsGr16

Η μάχη της μητρότητας είναι μια μάχη που δίνεται με άνισους όρους για τις κρατούμενες γυναίκες #PrisonsGr16

Αυτό που κάνει η φυλάκιση της μάνας στην παιδική ψυχοσύνθεση είναι ο βίαιος εγκλεισμός της φαντασίας σε κάγκελα ρεαλισμού #PrisonsGr16

Για τις γυναίκες που κρατούνται μακριά απ'τον τόπο κατοικίας του παιδιού τους τα 30 λεπτά επισκεπτήρια είναι σπανιότερα #PrisonsGr16

Σε κάποιες περιπτώσεις τα παιδιά κρατουμένων οδηγούνται σε ιδρύματα & ξαναβλέπουν τη μάνα τους μόνο οταν εκείνη αποφυλακιστεί #PrisonsGr16

Τα 2 πρώτα χρόνια της ζωής παίζουν καθοριστικό ρόλο στη μετέπειτα σχέση μάνας-παιδιού & στην ομαλή ανάπτυξη της προσωπικότητας #PrisonsGr16

Για μεγαλύτερα παιδιά το τραύμα του εγκλεισμού της μητέρας τους ίσως να καθίσταται εντονότερο #PrisonsGr16

Έρευνα στη Σουηδία έδειξε πως παιδιά που έχουν μητέρα κρατούμενη βίωναν την οδύνη του εγκλεισμού όπως έναν ενδεχόμενο θάνατο #PrisonsGr16

Η μετάβαση στη φυλακή, οι ελέγχοι που υπόκεινται τα παιδιά σε επισκεπτήρια & η περιορισμένη επικοινωνία είναι σοβαρά προβλήματα #PrisonsGr16

Σύμφωνα με δημοσίευμα, 2 έγκυες γυναίκες & 12 βρέφη με τις μητέρες τους είναι έγκλειστα στις φυλακές της Θήβας #PrisonsGr16

Παιδιά που μεγαλώνουν στη φυλακή βρίσκονται σε ένα ακατάλληλο για την ανάπτυξή τους περιβάλλον & στερούνται την παιδική ηλικία #PrisonsGr16

Σε Σουηδία, Ολλανδία & Ισπανία οι κηδεμόνες ζουν σε ανοιχτές φυλακές εντός πόλης για να μη διακόπτεται η σχέση μάνας-παιδιού #PrisonsGr16

Τα περισσότερα παιδιά στη φυλακή Θήβας έχουν ζητήματα ομιλίας, βρίσκονται σε μεγάλη ένταση ή είναι διαρκώς αγέλαστα & υποτονικά #PrisonsGr16

Τα προβλήματα υγείας βρεφών-παιδιών που μεγαλώνουν στη φυλακή δεν μπορούν να αντιμετωπιστούν αποτελεσματικά #PrisonsGr16

Η φυλακή Θήβας χαρακτηρίζεται από έλλειψη προγραμμάτων δημιουργικής απασχόλησης, παιδαγωγών & βρεφονηπιακού σταθμού #PrisonsGr16

Παρά τις βελτιώσεις στη φυλακή της Θήβας στο ζήτημα θέρμανσης & υδροδότησης, η φυλάκιση παιδιών & μανάδων είναι εγκληματική #PrisonsGr16

Καμία μητέρα & κανένα παιδί στη φυλακή! #PrisonsGr16


Αίτημα 2: Ανώτατο όριο εκδίκασης υποθέσεων σε δεύτερο βαθμό μέχρι 30 μήνες από τη μέρα προφυλάκισης #PrisonsGr16

Οι κρατούμενοι αναγκάζονται να περιμένουν ολόκληρα χρόνια για να εκδικαστεί η υπόθεσή τους σε δεύτερο βαθμό #PrisonsGr16

Κρατούμενοι που έχουν περάσει ήδη 3, 4 & 5 χρονια στη φυλακή, δεν έχουν ξεκάθαρη εικόνα για το πόση ποινή μένει να εκτίσουν #PrisonsGr16

Η καθυστέρηση στην εκδίκαση υποθέσεων σε δεύτερο βαθμό αυξάνει άδικα το χρόνο φυλάκισης για πολλούς κρατούμενους #PrisonsGr16

Υπάρχουν ακόμα περιπτώσεις κρατουμένων που αθωώθηκαν στο εφετείο, αφού όμως πέρασαν αρκετά χρόνια στη φυλακή #PrisonsGr16

Να σταματήσει το καθεστώς δικαστικής ομηρίας που επιβάλλει η σκόπιμη ολιγωρία των δικαστικών αρχών στην εκδίκαση υποθέσεων #PrisonsGr16

Να δοθεί ένα τέλος στο βασανισμό των αόριστων ποινών! #PrisonsGr16


Αίτημα 3: Κατάργηση της αθροιστικής έκτισης ποινής για πλημμέλημα ή άσκηση βίας εντός της φυλακής ή κατά τη διάρκεια άδειας #PrisonsGr16

Ο νόμος για αθροιστική έκτιση ποινής δεν αποτρέπει τη βία μεταξύ κρατουμένων, αλλά τις αγωνιστικές διεκδικήσεις στις φυλακές #PrisonsGr16

Ο νόμος για αθροιστική έκτιση ποινής για περιστατικά βίας μπορεί να χρησιμοποιηθεί εκδικητικά από τις υπηρεσίες των φυλακών #PrisonsGr16

Η αοριστία του νόμου & το εύρος των αδικημάτων είναι τέτοιο ώστε οι κρατούμενοι θα αναγκάζονται να εκτίουν δυσανάλογες ποινές #PrisonsGr16

Η αποσυμφόρηση, ο σεβασμός στα δικαιώματα, οι συχνές άδειες εξόδου αποτρέπουν τη βία στις φυλακές, όχι οι εκδικητικοί νόμοι #PrisonsGr16

Ο νόμος για αθροιστική έκτιση ποινής περιλαμβάνει πλημελήματα & κακουργήματα επιτρέποντας επιβολή αυθαίρετων & δυσανάλογων ποινών #PrisonsGr16

Οι κρατούμενοι ζητούν κατάργηση αθροιστικής έκτισης ποινών για κακουργήματα ή με δόλο τελούμενα πλημμελήματα #PrisonsGr16

Η αυστηροποίηση νόμου για να αποτραπεί η βία σημαίνει πως αυτή θεωρείται επιλογή αγνοώντας τις συνθήκες που την παράγουν #PrisonsGr16

Το ΣτΕ καταδικάζει τα υψηλά επίπεδα αστυνομικής βίας στη χώρα, όμως δεν έχουν ληφθεί μέτρα προστασίας συλληφθέντων/κρατουμένων #PrisonsGr16

Οι τιμωρητικοί περιορισμοί, η έλλειψη ευκαιριών, αδειών, εκπαίδευσης & δικτύου στήριξης κατά την αποφυλάκιση συμβάλλουν στη βία #PrisonsGr16

Ο αγώνας για κατάργηση της αθροιστικής ποινής να γίνει κοινός αγώνας αλληλεγγύης #PrisonsGr16


Αίτημα 4: Άμεση υπαγωγή του νοσοκομείου φυλακών Κορυδαλλού στο Ε.Σ.Υ #PrisonsGr16

Για 185 ασθενείς σε ΝΚΚ & παράρτημα οροθετικών υπάρχουν 7 μόνιμοι ιατροί, Δευτέρα-Παρασκευή,7:00-14.30 #PrisonsGr16


Το προεδρικό διάταγμα του 2009 που ορίζει την ένταξη του ΝΚΚ στο ΕΣΥ δεν έχει υλοποιηθεί παρά τις υποσχέσεις των αρμοδίων PrisonsGr16

Να δημιουργηθούν χώροι σε όλες τις φυλακές όπου οι κρατούμενες/οι θα μπορούν να συνευρεθούν με τις/τους συντρόφους τους #PrisonsGr16

Το δικαίωμα των κρατουμένων στη συνεύρεση θα έπρεπε να θεωρείται αυτονόητο στον 21ο αιώνα #PrisonsGr16

Η στέρηση του δικαιώματος στη συνεύρεση έχει αρνητικές επιπτώσεις στην ψυχική υγεία & τις κοινωνικές σχέσεις των κρατουμένων #PrisonsGr16

Έρευνα από Διεθνές Πανεπιστήμιο Φλώριδας καταδεικνύει μείωση σεξουαλικής βίας σε φυλακές που επιρέπουν συζυγικές επισκέψεις #PrisonsGr16
