  1.
  2. >Boil hot water in a pan
  3. >Take pan to bathroom, place face over pan, throw towel over head and pan and steam face for 1 min. Blow on water surface to steam harder.
  4. >Your pores are now open.
  5. >Wash your hands with soap and water.
  6. >Apply mild facial cleanser such as:

  8. and continue steaming face with the cleanser on for 1 min. Rub cleanser into face in small circles while steaming.
  9. >The cleanser has now extracted much of the dirt and oil trapped in your pores without stripping your skin of too much material and leaving it totally dry.
  10. >Wash off cleanser with warm water.
  11. >Use tool related in face, extracting any sebaceous filaments or blackheads or white heads or any other large pore clogging materials.

  13. If you have red imprints of the tool left on your face, you pressed too hard. Be softer, run tool over spot multiple times as opposed to trying to press it in hard once. Do not use it to pop or irritate any existing acne.
  14. >Your pores are mostly emptied of materials that may clog them. The top layer of your skin is also stripped of oil - a chemical peel will now be able to penetrate your skin.
  15. >Steam face again for 1min, to ensure pores are open.
  16. >Use a small brush to apply peel related to face. Avoid creases of nose and lips, skin below eyes and other sensitive areas. Can even choose not to apply to non problem areas.

  18. Peel should stay on face for about 1 min-2min. Longer than that and your face won't recover quickly enough to have another peel within a week. If your skin is flaking off a lot a few days after the peel, then you went too hard. Optimally, there is little flaking.
  19. >Congrats, you have now ensured that the top layer of the skin will be exfoliated, any existing acne lesions will be destroyed and most of the bacteria on your face is now dead.
  20. >Wash peel off with cold water (hot water will burn anyway since the skin is now sensitive). Cold water closes pores.
  21. >Apply astringent related to face via cotton swab. http://www.amazon.com/Breeze-Fresh-Clean-Astringent-Sensitive-Skin/dp/B008OI85JI/ref=sr_1_7?s=beauty&ie=UTF8&qid=1417024730&sr=1-7&keywords=sea+breeze+astringent
  22. Astringent makes your skin shrivel and forces all pores tightly shut.
  23.
  24. For the remainder of the week, don't put shit on your face unless you really have to. Especially don't put shit on that is greasy or oily, something that might leave residues on face. In the shower, avoid using soap that excessively strips skin of oil. Use very mild soap, if any, and instead gently use a loofa on face - this is good enough. Don't need to strip skin dry or scrub it sore to "clean" it.
  25.
  26. Congrats, if you followed the above protocol, your skin should improve dramatically within a week. Post inflammatory hyperpigmentation should also start to be healed, but your icepick/boxcar/true acne scars will remain.
