- Join alliance with the redwood trees; Save the grove.
- The trees are at Ridge Rd and Le Roy Avenue, Berkeley (California). The redwoods are scheduled to be removed by the UC for the Paul Jacobs Design Institute. The development project is widely unpopular; faculty, students and residents want the trees to stay.
- April 12, Cal Day, is when UC Berkeley and Paul Jacobs (Qualcomm) want to hold the ground breaking ceremony.
- It is believed the trees may be cut down as soon as Spring break (March 24th-28th) to clear the lot for the ground breaking ceremony.
- The trees can be defended through civil disobedience, if people show up to the grove over these next few days.
