Now before I begin this announcement/speech. I want to inform the SM Mods that I was an original signatory to the Odium Pact. I am not spewing false lies about the pact. What I am saying is as true as I can believe. I still have friends in the Pact. Politically though... well you will see...


My Name is Nuclear Doughnut Leader of Event Horizon
I come from an Era in Starmade long past to remind factions of what happens when you forget about us.
Event Horizon is one of those "Forgotten" factions.
Our History Forgotten by Odium
We're Unknown to Blackhawk
Written off by Vaygr
You expect us to fight for your causes and your wars.
You expect us to jump at your commands
But we have had ENOUGH
Odium used to be a proud group
Eurocorp, Vaygr, Event Horizon standing against stagnation of the Starmade Community
Now look at who's Stagnant
Vaygr a shell of its former glory
Eurocorp's glorious leader Ridik to NEVER return.
His second in command Leanson currently branded a traitor
Odium's rhetoric is so overused that Odium looks like arrogant washed up old thugs.
Odium's original ideals haven't been seen since the Illusive Wars.
Where wars were not about conquest and power
They were defensive, and only there as a last resort to show our power.
We didn't need to eliminate factions and server populations to prove our dominance.
Our reputation was enough.
Since then Odium has tried to absorb anyone who could pose a threat.
And destroyed those who wouldn't sign on.
That is not what Event Horizon stands for.
So as of this Moment (Post) EH disavows any political connection to the Odium Pact.
We denounce their actions of targeting younger factions for the sake of their pride.
We also declare our home server. Elwyn Eternity, a safe haven for those who have been attacked in wasteful and pointless wars of the Pact.
There are those who will believe that I am being influenced by others.
I am not. I have personally spoken with other Ancient EH members that have come to the same conclusion given the state of what the pact has done.
So Odium. Quit using EH as your scare weapon. Cause we're our own entity.
And to be brutally honest
You should be scared of us.
