In this situation, I would like to share that whenever a member purchases an item from the seller, they will get an opportunity to give an appropriate feedback based on their experience. This opportunity is given to seller and buyers to acknowledge about the experience they had with the purchase. I can understand that you 're very much happy with the seller's explanation and you would like to leave a positive feedback for the seller. I am really sorry to inform you that currently we don't have an option for members other than the buyer and seller in a transaction to leave a feedback.

I really appreciate that you wish to leave a feedback for the seller so that it is helpful for them. However, with regard to a non purchase feedback, you can get in touch with the seller and let them know that you wish to leave a feedback for them.
