Rockman X7 PC Korean vs. Patched English Cutscene Times

This time I've compiled data on New Game with mostly different characters for scenes. I did this to reflect the top time on the leaderboards as I'm not fully in the know of the New Game route and the fact that New Game+ is not listed as a category right now. Again timing starts as the music starts and scene fades in or when the text box appears for the scene, and ends once character control is regained as consistency measure since only 3 scenes (1st intro, Red, Sigma) could be ended when a Now Loading... screen appears.
