Dear Concerned Party,

I don’t recall signing up for your service. Especially not around the time I received the sign-up email.
Therefor I would like to ask you to deactivate the account connected to my email. If I ever need your services, i’ll be sure to sign up for an account myself.

Further, I would like to know how you actually collected my and apparently others email adresses. The only common denominator between the other person that received a sign-in email from your company, is us being Belgian students. Not even the same university. Yet the fact that this email was adressed to my personal email, which I don’t use for university-related affairs, I question how you collected our adresses.
