- At least three rank 0 walls to make it hard on attackers from the west, but four walls and above rank 0 preferable.
- A road or two connecting the former Inn with the settlement spot.
- Required materials:
- Well: 1 Wood, 3 Cloth, 5 Metal
- Forge: 1 Monster Part, 3 Wood, 5 Metal
- Walls: 5 Cloth, 10 Wood, 15 Metal EACH (jesus)
- Roads: 1 Metal, 3 Monster Parts (?), 5 Wood each
- What would be nice:
- Inn and Stables
- Post Office (at least rank 2)
- Office
- Library (Well, Weskin wants to build one anyway, but it's not important)
- Commons
- Costs:
- Inn: 5 Cloth, 10 Food, 15 Wood
- Stables: 5 Food, 10 Cloth, 15 Wood
- Post Office: 5 Monster Parts, 10 Cloth, 15 Wood
- Office: 5 Food, 10 Wood, 15 Cloth
- Library: 5 Metal, 10 Monster Parts, 15 Wood
- Commons: 1 Metal, 3 Wood, 5 Food
- We can worry about farms, food bearing trees, shops and etc as more people arrive.
