A magical burst game with an emphasis on investigation and mystery.

The year is 2018.

The city of Insumasu, a large industrial city on the coast of Japan. Insumasu is a veritable urban jungle of steel and concrete that boasts a population of millions. You are a simple highschool student, trying to claw your way through the ruthless Japanese education system.

On the surface, all seems normal. Yet strange things are happening in the city. People are disappearing. Gossip of family members going insane and being sent away. Rumors of strange graffiti on walls that get [i]blowtorched[/i] away once the police hear about it. There’s a general sensation of dread and wrongness in the air, and no one really talks about it.

Everything changes one day when you are approached by the mysterious and reclusive president of the paranormal investigation club, Kogami Satowa. With a kind smile she invites you to join the club, claiming to have an explanation for these strange happenings. She will tell you two things. The existence of Youma, creatures that feed and grow on despair, and the existence of Mahou Shoujo, magical girls, Heros of Love and Justice! Girls like her who fight and defeat the Youma.

However, the number of youma they have encountered lately far exceeds the norm, and she asks you to help find out why! With so many Youma to deal with, she and her friends cannot spare the time to investigate. She trusts in your ability to go out there and unearth the truth about what's going on. It won't always be easy, but she believes in you!
