The Misty Fair

Once upon a time there was two friends that had always wanted to travel to the fair. Their names were Kitt and Olivia. Their parents were very cautious about going away to far from home after there other child got lost one day and was never found. The morning that the fair opened the two kids decided to come up with a secret plan to sneak out of their houses that night. The fair was about ten miles away and they'd have to leave early that night to get to the fair at about 7:00A.M. Kitt said to Olivia, "I'll meet you in my backyard tonight." Olivia replied,"Ok but what if our parents find out were missing and what do we do at 7:00?" "We'll put some pillows underneath our beds and tell them we don't feel good tonight." "Ok", replied Kitt. That night they told there parents that they were not feeling good and were going to sleep in all day. There parents were very confused because they had felt better just a little while ago and were questioning what they said. At Ten o'clock that night they snuck out in met in the back yard and began their journey to the Brunksley fair. The fair was said to be the best with the coolest rides around for everybody to ride, the best food in the world, the coolest sideshows, and contests everywhere! Just when they happened to get out of the house a car flew by almost running them over and a package flew out. They picked it up and decided if they should open the package or not. They decided to open the package and inside was a note which read "S.e...ou...so..n." It was very inky and had been blotted out. This creeped them out a little but they continued on the way to the fair. "What do you think that the note meant and who was it for", said Olivia. "I have no idea", but it's a creepy note. They were walking along when they saw a man pull up slowly in his car and started following them. They began to run the car was getting closer and closer and the fair was just in sight then it all went black. Smoosh! "We gottem boss", they suddenly heard. Then they fell asleep into a dreamy haze. Olivia began to dream more of the fair... "Oh Kitt isn't the fair wonderful!" Yeah it's nice but..." "But what?" replied Olivia. "I'm not Kitt..." Bang! Olivia suddenly awoke from a dream. Olivia looked around and saw all her family and all of her friends around her looking wide-eyed and happy. All of a sudden her mom told her when her and Kitt had been going to the fair she had fainted and went into a coma. "It took a while for Kitt to get help for you because she had no contact with us and was on one of the most desolate roads in the world," said her mom. "But the man, the fair the note, huh?" said olivia. Her mom told her she was going to be allowed out of the hospital today now that she was a ton better and had come out of a coma that could have never gone away. They soon went home and she slept until the next day. The next day she awoke to her parents and Kitt waiting for her. They were going to go to the FAIR! When they arrived at the fair they could not decide what to do first! They went on the merry-go-round, the tilt-a-whirl, the Rollercoaster, the tea cups, and many other amazing and fun rides. Then they decide to get some food. They got tons of snacks including fresh baked potatoes, French fries, funnel cakes, hot dogs, and lots of other yummy fair treats. They decide to check out some fair farm entries and they could not believe what they saw. They saw their missing daughter who had gone missing three years ago. She was seven now and did not remember who they were. When they walked over they said its you and she said "My mom told me not to talk to strangers." They were sure it was her and called the police and got everything straight. This was there missing daughter who knew nothing about this new parents that were her actual parents. The people who were arrested said into there phones to a restricted number "We didn't gettem boss." Olivia suddenly trembled. Today was a happy day though now that they had there daughter back. They enjoyed the rest of the day but there old daughter was not she missed HER parents. Later she grew to love her old parents and every following year from that day they came back to the fair to celebrate the best of times. Olivia though could never get the thought out of her head but always remembered the good times which helped her forget. They lived happily ever after.
