I find myself in a predicament in which a large shipment of expensive metals has become trapped in customs and is being held at port in Pendrien-De-Soliex.  In order to commence with business we solicit your assistance to enable our shipment to be released into the Straits of Adamantus to continue to Peregorne.

I am reluctant to admit that this situation is the result of a corrupted member of our regime who sought to profit personally by taking advantage of our trading partners in Indrejan.
