Bio:
Known as politicians, reformers, dilettantes, and traders, the Wyndam family is one of the myriad prominent noble houses of the Arvadian Empire.  A younger and poorer house among the landed gentry with sizeable but economically marginal holdings in the lands surrounding the Sea of Rocks, its fortune and much of its power has rested in trade with the Republic of Lorente, which can be seen in its herds of livestock which include the largest flock of pegasi in Arvadia.  Lizbet is the fourth child out of seven, all daughters, and quickly developed a love for the winged equines, learning to ride from an early age, as well as showing signs of following in her father's footsteps in his trade dealings with the Lorentian merchants.  When she turned 12, she was sent to her aunt and uncle, who lived in the capital of Vaden at the court of the Emperor, to join her elder sisters in learning the ways of the court of the Emperor rather than ossifying in the family manor away from Society.  For seven years, she made her way in Vaden, though not nearly as capable in court intrigues as her siblings, all the while quietly missing her home.  Though she never admitted it to any, she viewed the capital as stifling, and the eventual arrival of her favorite pegasus Alauda on her 15th birthday did much to assuage her homesickness, as well as allowing her to show her few friends the joy of flying.  Where her elder sisters eventually made effective political matches and departed the household, either for home or the household of their equally-noble husbands, Lizbet went from year to year without making any more concrete commitments than necessary, but with six sisters, even the growing concern in the air of the court surrounding the increasingly...well-preserved Emperor did not compel her family to put pressure on her to make a match, a fact for which she was thankful.  For her, there was the pegasi, a small circle of fellow noble friends of wildly varying ranks, and a quiet life at the fringes of the court.

Viewed as very quiet and calm, this is in part due to her tendency to be rather easily nonplussed, as well as her tendency to maintain a formal distance from her colleagues.  Introverted and somewhat withdrawn, she tends to value obligation, duty, and loyalty above all.
