Skillset:                      Skill: Dessicate

Problem: Dessicate destroys a single item in the players inventory per use. For a 1mil essence cost,
some essence weight, and 10k essence per use, the skill mimics imperfectly the garbage destroying
properties of nexii and the portal of fate, one of which every single character has unlimited access
to. With unlimited inventory space, this skill has very little use beyond tiny conveniences. Looking
at Report 948 and remembering back to when dessicate was suggested, I recall that this skill was
thought to be a great solution to the everpresent "Flamed granny panties" problem described in 948.
Therefore, I suggest these changes.

Solution #1: Change dessicate to work on items in the room of the caster, still only destroying
those things that decay naturally. Introduce a channeled delay on this action, to prevent abuse.
Solution #2: Remove the flame sigil restriction on dessicate. However, do not allow sigils that have
flame sigils attached to be targeted by dessicate.
Solution #3: Similar to solution 3, except that it can't target any sigils. Items with sigils
attached would be valid targets, but no sigil (even one that does not have another sigil attached).

Furies' Decision:
We do not believe there is a real problem with "flamed granny panties" at this time. Issues or
contacting your patron are good ways to get them removed if, on rare occasions, these things do
happen. At this time, however, we do not want to give a mushroom sigil-equivalent to Demigods+.
