  1. At initial creation, Trainers decide their initial base stats by distributing a 6,5, and 4 between their HP, Defense and Special Defense Scores. They then do the same for Attack, Special Attack and Speed. This could leave them with a base similar to the following example:
  2.
  3. HP: 6
  4. Attack: 5
  5. Defense: 5
  6. Special Attack: 4
  7. Special Defense: 4
  8. Speed: 6
  9.
  10. Trainers then assign their skill points, and pick their starting three feats. They then correct their base stats off the following:
  11.
  12. - A skill level of 3 in Athletics increases your base HP by 2, OR your base Defense and Special Defense by 1.
  13. - A skill level of 3 in Brawling increases your base Attack by 2, OR your base Defense 2.
  14. - A skill level of 3 in Mysticism increases both your Attack and Special Attack by 1, OR your base HP by 1 and your choice of Attack or Special Attack by 1.
  15. - A skill level of 3 in Psionics increases your Special Attack by 2, OR your base Special Defense by 2.
  16. - A skill level of 3 in one of the Agility Skills (Acrobatics, Stealth or Survival) increases your base Speed by 1. This bonus may be awarded twice for two separate skills.
  17.
  18.
  19. After these steps are complete, Trainers may assign their starting allocation of stats from their Power and Agility Scores. As an option rule, GM's might consider allowing Trainers to pick a nature, or assigning natures to Trainers based on their backstory and concept.
