5. // Even with all the pain that overtook his limbs, if they wouldn't help him-- He would just have to take it upon himself to stand. With weapon in hand, Tenma took to a stand utilizing his weapon as leverage. He coughed, releasing more of his crimson life essence. What came next was a slow ascent upward. The life he had lived so far was an ambitious yet dark one. While, he did it only for the sake of his family; he wasn't going to be welcomed in no pearly gates when he came to pass. Injured grunts came from his parted lips, as he used literally everything that he had left to get to standing. Was only natural he did so when the only time he confessed, it was too late. Kagami was as useless as ever, and Tenma wanted to see his family for the last time. He accepted death's sweet embrace like a daring mistress. As he rose, his armor broke and fell off of his body. At least only bits and pieces of it. Hard metal slammed into the lithosphere below as he looked at Iori. A pained, and drained look stared at his kin.
7. "Iori. . ." Tenma could only utter. His right hand tightened onto his glaive, his gaze looked towards his brother with a hint of faded worry being it. Crimson coated the entirety of his broken body. <This. . . I hope Saika's alright.> He shook his head, at least one of his remaining family members was around for his last moments. "You are my brother. . . And as the eldest I tried my best. . . For you. . . Saika; everyone. I gave up everything just to make sure you were all safe." Tenma shook his head, a half-lidded gaze was locked upon his brother before him. Life at this point was nearly meaningless, and he would act as a martyr for his brothers. They would live and prosper, and that was something that shouldn't be considered a dream.
8.
 9. He raised his left hand and placed it upon his brother's cheek. Leaving a mark of blood upon the young lad's flesh. "Don't fight with him. . . He's the only one you have now . ." Releasing his hold, a shadow draped over his face. He raised 'Orochi' and placed it in between them. "Take this. . . Alright?" It felt like yesterday when he was sparring them both and trying to be the best between the three. Fond memories to take to the afterlife, no? Yes, they had their ups and downs but it didn't matter. . . They were family in the end. Leaving them while they were in such a state was dreadful. The void he would leave could only be assumed to be large. Yet, he couldn't go on-- Not like this. "I'm going to see our parents-- The rest of our family."
10.
 11. Instead of normal tears, streams of crimson escaped the corners of his eyes. Trailing down his pale flesh. "I'll put in a good word for you." It was a pained chuckle that followed soon afterward, and with a deep breath; Tenma's eyes lost their color. The stagnant form of his becoming nothing more than a still monolith, watching over his kin while he took his own journey to the next life.
