1. Switch to Japanese locale (Control Panel -> Region -> Administrative -> Language for non-Unicode Programs).

2. Install the base game.

3. Install the update 1.12 first, then proceed to the most recent version. They're found at http://kisskiss.tv/cm3d2/update.php

4. Download the Sybaris Starter Pack @ https://mega.nz/#!XFJUQAjL!G2GMTKUt2XGCo94Q3SII5Ki02u1LtMEECyCa9QrEr-g (compatible with ver 1.52)
	A. Drag and drop /Sybaris/ folder into the root of your CM3D2 installation.
	B. Drag and drop one of the "opengl32.dll" files into the root of your CM3D2 installation. They are in the /x64-x86 dlls/ folder. Use the x86 one if you have a 32-bit system. Use the x64 one if you have a 64-bit system.

At that point you'll have the game installed, updated, in a locale that won't give you random errors from language incompatibilites, a number of plugins at your disposal along with a mod loader, and a special plugin that will load an English UI and translations for you.

You just put translations in "CM3D2\Sybaris\Plugins\UnityInjector\Config\Strings\" (Make a Strings folder if you don't have one. Translation files are just text files.)
