“Since the begining of the assignment, Jack Crawford has not been a team player. He has contributed very little to the content of the assignment, and occassionally responding to the group messaging platform until the day before the due date of the presentation where his communication had picked up.

Attempts were made to instigate contribution, including the offer of providing information on how to finish the questions, in the form of references to sources to reduce the workload. It wasn't until the day before the presentation, he was assigned a job where he made an attempt. However, he had only completed half of the workload before an offer to only do half of the work was put on the table, this suggestion was intended as it would have allowed him to refine his portion of the work to help make his contribution more meaningful, which he did not.

On a final note regarding the subject: during the occasional moments in which Jack communicated with the team, he exhibited a very lax approach to what he wanted to contributed, as demonstrated in a message "I am too f**king tired for this shit" in addition to creating reponses derived from assumption rather than fact, which in turn were the bare minimum.”
