- Hey John,
- Hope you’ve been well. You may have already heard from me, but I just wanted to share that I’m onsite helping expand the ~25 person team at RelateIQ, an Accel & Formation 8-backed startup founded by ex-Palantir folks. We feel we’re at the cusp of popping: we’re building a stellar team with alums so far from Palantir, Dropbox, Apple, LinkedIn, etc., we just closed a significant Series B, and our new office is located in downtown Palo Alto. While you may not find a whole lot about us on the web since we’re rather stealth, you’ll start seeing some big news about us as we step more into the spotlight.
- So what are we doing? Imagine if in a single place you can streamline ALL your digital communications (e.g. email, voice, calendar, SMS, Social Media, etc.) in real-time. What if this technology dissected the meaning (e.g. tone, sentiment, keywords, questions, etc.) of each communication, predicted the likely outcome of your relationship (good/bad), and then made recommendations to help you change the course of that relationship (from bad to good)?
- Sound interesting? That’s what we’re building: a communication ingestion technology that provides insights into our relationships and recommends actions to intelligently and seamlessly enhance them. Nobody else is doing this. We will be processing more than half a billion events daily. Think of the tech challenges inherent in the consumption, processing, and understanding of this data.
- We leverage cutting-edge technologies (Kafka, Storm, Redis, and Cassandra) and are hiring across all parts of our company: PM, Design, Mobile, Front-End, Backend, Data Science, DevOps, QA/QE along with non-engineering. We’re looking for passionate people who get excited about solving real-world problems, building a product that will be used by millions, and most importantly, being a key member on a world-class team.
- I’d love to chat with you to share more about RelateIQ and our exciting trajectory.
- Thanks for your time and I look forward to hearing from you!
