Fideos Secos

Ingredients

- 1 to 2 tsp cayenne powder
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1 tbsp oil
- 2 packages / 14 oz. fideos
- 4 cups of broth
- 1 15 oz can black beans, drained
- 1/2 tomato, chopped
- 1/2 onion, chopped

Instructions
------------

1. Combine broth & spices, heat in microwave
2. Place oil in the pan, and heat
3. Add fideos and onion to pan
4. Stir until some fideos are nicely browned
5. Add broth and spice mixture
6. Cook on low for 10 minutes or until the broth is fully absorbed
7. Add tomatoes to pan, stir for 2 minutes
8. Add beans to pan, stir

Produces

4 to 5 meals
