  1. Okay for iOS. First of all, be jailbroken. 8.3 jailbreak just released so at this point in time you have no excuse (don't know if the tweaks I'll list work on 8.3 though, it just came out and shit ain't up to date, I'm on 8.1.2 on an iPhone 4s for the record). Then go to the rxTools thread on GBAtemp and on the first page someone links the offline files. It's here:
  2. https://gbatemp.net/attachments/offline_rop-rar.16374/
  3.
  4. Inside that zip is a folder called "rx". That's what you want.
  5.
  6. I followed the steps from a thread on maxconsole but filled in the blanks cuz it wasn't the best guide. I installed Lighttpd (iOS WebStack, I think the package comes up as "atv-lighttpd-php-mysql" or something weird like that) and MySQL from Cydia, should be on a default repo. Then you use something like ifunbox to access the iphone filesystem. You should now have the folder /var/www. Put the "rx" folder and its contents in there so it looks like /var/www/rx.
  7.
  8. Then you install PDAnet. They got their own repo at pdanet.co, the free trial should be fine for what we need. PDAnet is the only tethering thing I could get to work, you might want to try native tethering/tetherme/mywi if you use any of that.
  9.
  10. Enable both Lighttpd and MySQL in settings. Go to PDAnet and turn on wifi hotspot, put a password or not.
  11.
  12. Now go into your 3DS that already has rxTools emuNAND set up. Boot it into sysNAND (so just turn it on normally) and make a new connection to your phone hotspot. I personally unlink sysNAND from emuNAND (by backing up sysNAND using the gateway website you launch from the browser and then formatting sysNAND without the SD card inserted) so that only sysNAND has this connection. Prevents it downloading any unwanted updates on sysNAND.
  13.
  14. PDAnet shows you the address your 3DS is using. For me it looks like "192.168.19.2". Open your 3DS browser (clear history and cookies before attempting any browser exploit as always) and type in "[those numbers].1/rx" and go there, my address would be "192.168.19.1/rx" as an example.
  15.
  16. If it worked it should say it's loading rxTools or whatever and your 3DS boots into the rxTools menu where you launch the emuNAND (you can turn off your phone's wifi hotspot at this point). I've personally tried this with cellular data disabled and all wifi connections forgotten (so no internet at all) and it worked.

  20. If you're on Android, just use this
