It looks like in the games before that she didn't use the meta much. (I didn't go through them all).

In sum, Pinacolada/Alexstacy is relying on true meta - she basically has a code to signal when she's town, and she only uses that code AS town/blue. It's been used enough that it's actually unacceptable - you cannot "only claim blue as blue". If she's doing it as blue, she should be doing it as mafia too. It puts her at an unfair advantage as town, and it puts her mafia partners at an unfair disadvantage because she's obvious maf if she doesn't use her 'code' town meta.
