  7. • Have I ever been banned on AlphaFactions before? Nope

  9. What qualities do I believe I could bring to the staff team? When there are no staff online I always answer any questions I see in the chat, even when there are staff on I feel like I am still a major addition. I am a cheery person and I always am happy to help anyone with the three requirements: Patience, maximum understanding, and maximum niceness!
  10. I have a big knowledge of lots of the core details of most plugins, I want to help AlphaFactions be an even more safe and loving environment for all players. I do not hesitate to punish those deserving to be punished and I know when to ban, kick, mute, and tempban.
  11. These are also four of my qualities, all the other ones will be listed below
  12. • Loyal
  13. The first thing I would like to talk about is my loyalty, I am usually able to put in 1 hour or more each day! If I get told to do something, likely I will know how to do it and it will get DONE, for instance if you wanted me to make a new shop, it would get done with in 1 week, since building a shop is a big thing it would take longer, but if you asked me to make a donation rank, it would get done with in probably 1 hour.

  15. I am able to contribute and exceptional amount of time, on weekends I can put in 5 hours minimum. On weekdays I can put in 1 hour minimum, Thats a promise. The only downfall is the summer, I know I should be able to contribute more then like 100 hours! Sadly no, during the two months of summer I go camping and don't come back until the next school year, BUT don't get your hopes down yet, just a block away theres a library, and what do most libraries have, Computers! So I can spend some time down there to contribute time, so what i'm trying to get at is thatI can contribute around 10 hours each month during summer!

Third, is how helpful I am, after the time I have played on AlphaFactions I feel that I know a lot of the core and main details and I would be able to help lots of the new players/players with any of they're questions that they have to ask! I am also better at working in groups (of staff) so if we have a group project I'm not lazy, I do the job with the rest of the staff!
  18. Responsibility: Last, but not least. Lets make this clear for everyone, I am NOT an abuser! I wont give a starter the Mega kit! I won't ban some innocent guy just because some other guy said he hacked, but I may follow around the player to see if the hackusation is correct

  20. Why do I want to be staff: I have played on AlphaFactions a day,
  21. Helping is something that I enjoy doing, I like to help out players, finding the trouble makers, and muting the spammers.
  22. • I also want to become staff on AlphaFactions because I feel like I can be a MAJOR addition! I am a very friendly person, I also can be strict if I ever need to. I am a hard worker and I love to do server related work, that is why I think I could be a major addition. I also want to be staff so that I can help the players, during my time as a grand trial I helped so many people, I cant even remember and being a staff with all the possibilities and everything MORE I will be able to find out, I’ll be able to help an uncountable amount of players! And last I want to become staff on AlphaFactions is because I am an extraordinary rule enforcer, I have found many Hackers, Griefers etc and I got rid of them before they can even cause damage, I spy on new players for a bit to make sure they don’t Hack, trust me, with me on the case AlphaFactions will rarely get hacked.

  24. Why should you consider me over the other applicants? You should consider me over the other applicants because I really am loyal and I really am responsible. Another reason is because I have played on AlphaFactions for more then two years! I know a lot of the staff and I feel with all my friends in game, they would be happy to see me as a staff. And last I am extremely trustworthy I would never hack AlphaFactions or do something bad to it as staff. I also have a immense amount of experience compared to possibly some of the other applicants. I am good at finding the problem and ending arguments which is also another good quality that should be used to be a good staff. I am able to find a solution quickly and efficiently to be the most fair as possible and I will never take sides during arguments and problems.
  25. Last, I have made a huge amount of friends for the time I have played on AlphaFactions and I feel a good amount of people that I know would be happy to see me progressing my career as being a staff and be willingly happy to support me!

  28. • Do I have any past experience in Moderation? Yes I do have past experience, in fact my history is huge, and all the servers liked me, I’ve even been staff on a 200 players or more server (Just cant remember the name) I have also been Admin five times, Moderator seven times, Helper twice and Developer twice! As you can tell, I have a pretty good background of moderation knowledge!

  35. There are many steps to being a successful and good staff, its not only reading everything and helping players, theres much more
  36. Loyalty Being a loyal staff is a deep value, you need to be able to trust staff that you deep down can feel that you can trust
  37. Maturity Minecraft is a game meant for all ages, it would be a pain in my heart to see a player running around and harassing everyone in a server
  38. Honesty Honesty is another deep factor to being a good staff, you can’t trust someone who is lying to you about everything. Honesty is another way of making, breaking and keeping friendships with you and your fellow players.
  39. Efficiency, patience, and maintain Efficiency, once again is another factor to a good staff, being able to solve problems quickly and know when to use different punishments and words is a good quality for a staff to have.
  40. Patience is a great quality that not that many people have, patience is a needed quality for a good staff, you don’t want staff that will go around yelling at players just because they type slower then other people.
  41. And last maintain is extremely important, a good staff should be able to maintain anything that comes at them, being able to maintain an argument and not letting it get out of hand is a good quality, being able to maintain 100 players on Factions, pelting you with questions is another quality I think every staff should have.
  42. Devotion You want staff that devote they’re free time to AlphaFactions and is actually devoted to being a good staff and helping out the server
  43. Respect Respecting players is an important role to being a staff, everyone on a server should be respected, even hackers should be respected (but dealt with) It hurts me to see a player being disrespected from a staff.
  44. Compromise Another important factor to staff is being able to compromise with other staff members and being able to find a way to make everyone happy. You wouldn’t want someone who will just rage out if they don’t get they’re way
  45. Team Work Teamwork is a big role, a staff should almost be perfect with teamwork as teamwork is a huge part in being a staff.
  46. Communication Being able to communicate with other staff members and not start yelling at a staff if they don’t get what your saying at the start, staff should be able to go in to deeper detail about that they are saying, if needed.
  47. Responsibility Last, but most important of them all is responsibility, you need staff that are able to use all of those qualities I mentioned should be used with responsibility
