[22:23]	`GM	[Several hours pass. Jonah gets patched up decently enough, and Wallberg is feeling better. That new guy is still being very quiet, never being kept out of supervision but not really interacting with anyone.]
[22:24]	`GM	[Jonah grabbed a beer and a frankfurter. He's totally earned it. Probably]
[22:28]	Liu	"Mmmmuuuurggg."
[22:28]	Liu	yawns, walking into the kitchen, hair uncombed, wearing a dress shirt and a uniform skirt.
[22:29]	`GM	[Let us say that Jonah is relaxing on the back patio with his well-deserved reward for... getting hurt, I guess?]
[22:29]	`GM	[Let us say Wallberg is there too. Dudebro time.]
[22:34]	Liu	walks from the kitchen through the dining room, a bag of bread in one hand, eating plain slices. Her shirt isn't buttoned properly, and is probably what she sleeps in, and her eyes are half open as she crosses by the patio, shuffling, tail sweeping the floor.
[22:34]	`GM	Wally: "Maannn... I need to get to burning that carcass soon. Safety's sake."
[22:36]	`GM	[During the midday hours, Ai attempted to reconcile with Kitkat, but despite how she looked she was unable to find her. Not in either her or Phrine's room, and not in any sensible other hang-out place either]
[22:36]	Jonah	"Maaaaan, if only this place has anything better in the rotor department than a stupid huey I'd fly it anywhere."
[22:37]	Jonah	"Like, see, this, man-"
[22:37]	Jonah	almost shove the report into Wally's face.
[22:37]	`Wally	"Woah, woah, easy man! Which one're we lookin' at now?"
[22:38]	Jonah	"-Here's Chinook. She's really tough, like a big momma."
[22:38]	`Wally	nods and hmms, but honestly they all look the same to him.
[22:38]	Jonah	"She can tot'ly fly a tank in her. Imagine, man. Strong black woman that needs no man to protect her!"
[22:38]	Liu	"Wherisserrybody?"
[22:38]	Ai`	wanders towards Wally and Jonah, observing.
[22:39]	`Wally	"Mmm, yeah, looks tough. Oh, hi Liu. Ummm..."
[22:39]	Liu	yawns, drawn toward the voices, squinting at the evening light. Shouldn't that be in the east?
[22:39]	Jonah	"but she ain't armed. if you want a smoking hot babe, see this---"
[22:39]	Jonah	chug a beer and continue.
[22:39]	`Wally	"I guess we're a lot of everybody?"
[22:40]	Jonah	"APACHE. America's finest hot babe."
[22:40]	`Wally	stands up and attends to the grill. Don't want to burn the dogs, now.
[22:40]	Jonah	"Agile, versatile, dangerous. Just like how papa wants it."
[22:40]	Jonah	"oooh man look at those pods. I'd load her with so many things. Like seriously."
[22:41]	Jonah	chuckles to himself.
[22:41]	`Wally	"Oh, hi Ai. D'ya find Kat anywhere?"
[22:41]	Liu	's ears perk up, eyes opening wider, slits narrow. Her bread-less hand in on Jonah's shoulder, and she's glaring at the magazine, scouring it, as if her eyes could put holes through it.
[22:41]	Liu	"What are you doing?"
[22:41]	Liu	asks, awake and unamused
[22:41]	Jonah	"Looking at smoking hot stuff."
[22:41]	`Wally	just sort of... ignores, Jonah. He might not be as bad as those jarheads down at the hangar, but he's cut from the same cloth.
[22:41]	Ai`	"I did not; I must find her later."
[22:41]	Jonah	still doesn't recognize Liu.
[22:42]	Ai`	faces Wally.
[22:42]	Ai`	"Have you returned to normal condition?"
[22:42]	Jonah	"aw yeah. I'd ride her all night long if you know what I mean."
[22:43]	Liu	snatches it out of Jonah's hands for closer scrutiny. Turned so he can't see whatever he was slobbering over, of course. She scowls.
[22:43]	Jonah	"Hey what the hell gimme back my repo-"
[22:43]	Jonah	turns to see Liu.
[22:43]	Jonah	"...uh."
[22:44]	Jonah	.\AWKWAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAARD/
[22:44]	Jonah	"...hi."
[22:44]	Liu	glares critically at the magazine for a few more seconds, before stuffing it, folded, into her skirt band. She doesn't understand a lick of it, but there's no way she'd admit that. It's confiscated.
[22:45]	Liu	"Hello."
[22:45]	Liu	grins 'sweetly' at him, pulling out another slice of plain bread.
[22:46]	`Wally	"Oh, me? Yeah, yeah, I'm fine. Just takes a bit, is all. Seems my... stuff, still haven't thought of a good name for it, still wants to return to a base state."
[22:46]	Jonah	"uh, could you give me back the armaments checkup report I've been reading?"
[22:47]	Jonah	'oh man this is awkward'
[22:47]	Jonah	keeps remembering lots of embarrassing stuff she did.
[22:47]	`Wally	"I keep meaning to run more formal experiments; I've got a pile of notes I've just never gotten to yet."
[22:48]	Liu	"Hmmm..."
[22:48]	Liu	puts the bread in her mouth, theatrically stroking her chin in thought.
[22:48]	Liu	"Nope!"
[22:49]	Liu	smiles, showing all her pointy teeth, and looks for another chair
[22:49]	`Wally	scratches his cheek as he closes the grill lid.
[22:50]	Jonah	"Hey what the hell you can't do that!"
[22:50]	Jonah	is miffed!
[22:50]	`Wally	"Where does that girl GO during the daytime anyways? Phrine, I mean. She either just shows up in the hallway, or you just, can't, FIND her. I've looked!"
[22:50]	Jonah	"Ain't much pastime activity around here. Let me have my fun, will ya?"
[22:52]	Ai`	stands next to Wally, watching the theatrics fly.
[22:53]	Ai`	"I could install a tracking device on Phrine. I could also study and halt your transformation. When given enough energy."
[22:54]	`Wally	actually considers the tracking device idea for more than zero seconds, unlike more people.
[22:54]	Liu	"...I don't really care what you're doing, but doing it in public, first thing in the morning is a bit too much!"
[22:55]	Liu	reprimands, flushing slightly.
[22:55]	`Wally	"Well, yes, that'd certainly solve the... Wwwaait, no, she uhh, probably... Well, it wouldn't be right."
[22:56]	Ai`	's tone slightly draws upwards, mimicking a question. It's close, but not quite there.
[22:56]	Ai`	"It is an efficient solution. What is the problem?"
[22:56]	Jonah	groans.
[22:57]	Jonah	"You just ruined my well-deserved break."
[22:57]	Jonah	"Where have you been, anyway?"
[22:57]	`Wally	"Well, I mean, it's... People are entitled to their privacy, you know?"
[22:58]	Liu	"...grounded..."
[22:58]	Ai`	"Privacy?"
[22:58]	Jonah	"HAR HAR! GROUNDED!"
[22:58]	`Wally	"We don't really NEED to know where she is all the time. She's not under the Colonel's jurisdiction like the rest of us are."
[22:58]	Liu	mumbles, suddenly turning away. Her tail flicks back and fourth, anxiously.
[22:58]	Jonah	prances around pointing at Liu.
[22:58]	Jonah	"Hey look! She got grounded! Wally look wally!"
[22:59]	Jonah	shakes wally a bit.
[22:59]	Liu	bites her lip, cracking her knuckles.
[22:59]	`Wally	"I mean, as long as she's not drinking any more than she said she--mmm?"
[22:59]	Jonah	"Bahahaha!"
[23:01]	Ai`	turns to face the others.
[23:01]	Ai`	"Being unable to fly is amusing?"
[23:01]	Jonah	"Here come over here and get some beer we will talk about your fun time of-"
[23:02]	Jonah	prances
[23:02]	Jonah	"--GETTING GROUNDED! WAHAAAA!"
[23:02]	Jonah	getting his toy taken away does fuel this a bit more than necessary.
[23:03]	Liu	tries to seize Jonah bodily, lunging from her chair
[23:03]	`Wally	"Huh, grounded what now? I'm with Ai here; sorry, bit distracted. Liu, want a brat?"
[23:06]	Jonah	"hahahahohohehehe---GYABU!"
[23:07]	Liu	forces Jonah into a crushing headlock, his nose grinding her sternum. She doesn't have a bra on yet, apparently.
[23:07]	Jonah	(Sometimes Jonah forgot that he's dealing with a dragon incarnate.)
[23:07]	Liu	"No thanks, I've already caught one~"
[23:07]	Liu	smiles at Wally
[23:08]	Jonah	flails like a fish out of the water.
[23:08]	Jonah	"---!"
[23:09]	`Wally	just watches.
[23:09]	`Wally	"Mmm, no then. Ai?"
[23:09]	Liu	"N~ o~ w~ then~!"
[23:09]	`Wally	offers Ai a brat on a bun.
[23:09]	Ai`	spends a moment watching the duo, assessing the situation. After a moment, she turns back to Wallberg.
[23:09]	Liu	shows Jonah a bright set of teeth
[23:10]	Ai`	"Only one 'bite' for analysis."
[23:10]	Liu	"You liked flying didn't you? How would you like to fly right now~~?"
[23:11]	`Wally	rolls his eyes.
[23:11]	Jonah	<QUICK PILOT LIFE-OR-DEATH INSTINCT ACT!>
[23:11]	`Wally	"Oh you. There IS chemical energy in here, you know."
[23:12]	Ai`	"The amount is miniscule and difficult to extract without certain software. This has yet to be received."
[23:13]	`Wally	puts ketchup and mustard on it anyways.
[23:14]	`Wally	"Well, WE do okay on it. Maybe you need to stop overclocking~"
[23:16]	Ai`	"I have not yet developed a skeleton or muscles similar to yours. Movement without a framework consumes more energy, but is effective."
[23:16]	Ai`	"I will solve this problem soon."
[23:17]	Ai`	strategically omits the fact that day-to-day energy consumption is in fact barely a concern. Building up a supply, on the other hand...
[23:21]	Jonah	, with quick fingers and nimble minds, put Liu's.... uh... 'buttons'... between his fingers.
[23:21]	Jonah	then applies 'SIDEWINDER' and 'SPINNAKER' to it.
[23:22]	Jonah	deploys 'BROKEN ARROW' and 'FOXTHREE' in succession.
[23:22]	Liu	squeaks, entirely too sensually for the comfort of anyone within earshot. She's also perfectly frozen, face burning crimson. Her grip is now stiff, and loose enough to squeeze out of. When, y'know, he feels like it.
[23:24]	Jonah	finishes the job with 'VIBRATING ACOUSTIC WARHEADS' and slip out of his certain doom with a backward roll.
[23:25]	Jonah	"whew, that was close!"
[23:25]	Liu	is left breathing rapidly, holding onto air and thoroughly confused and overwhelmed by the single action. She's starting to tear up a little.
[23:27]	`Wally	stares at Jonah and his actions. His aviators block a lot of his face, but he just shakes his head, saying nothing.
[23:27]	Jonah	is probably too busy being happy that he just one-upped her.
[23:31]	Ai`	simply bites off a piece of the bratwurst, letting it dissolve within her.
[23:38]	`Wally	"Having fun there, you two?"
[23:38]	`Wally	keeps eating his brat. Oh, he's got 99 problems~...
[23:38]	Liu	"Wh... w-wh-wha...a... what?!"
[23:39]	Liu	shrieks out as she catches up with the real world, nearly deafening anyone next to her. That is to say, almost everyone present.
[23:39]	Ai`	registers the new sound. It's a record.
[23:40]	Ai`	"I do not understand their conflict. It is wasteful and inefficient."
[23:41]	Jonah	"Whoa! Calm your tits down!"
[23:42]	Jonah	"You grab me first!"
[23:42]	Jonah	put Wally between him and the raging fire drake.
[23:43]	Ai`	places herself between Wally and the raging fire drake.
[23:43]	Ai`	"Do not involve Wally."
[23:43]	Liu	forcefully covers her chest, squeezing them hard enough it looks like they might just pop out.
[23:44]	Liu	"Y... you! You sc... scu.... scou... son of..."
[23:44]	`Wally	"Woah, hey, what, Joe!"
[23:44]	Liu	tries and fails to start several increasingly profane labels, sputtering the entire time
[23:46]	Ai`	takes Wally's hand.
[23:46]	Jonah	"I think it's time to GTFO posthaste!"
[23:46]	Jonah	grabs the beer and the wurst.
[23:46]	Ai`	"Let us avoid their fight."
[23:46]	Jonah	"See you 'round, buddy!"
[23:46]	Jonah	make a run for it!
[23:46]	Liu	"Get back here!"

[23:47]	`Wally	lets himself get taken. What is even going on...?
[23:48]	Jonah	laughs fills the air as he gets away backpedaling at ultra-highspeed.
[00:03]	Liu	chases Jonah until they hit the auxillary hangar, and finally manages to tackle him to the ground with her legs.
[00:04]	Liu	arms still crossed, she uses a leg and tail to lock his arms, and the other legs to head into her thighs, pinning it in a slightly more breathable version of the last time she straddled him
[00:04]	Liu	"Apologize!"
[00:04]	Jonah	it's a replay of the scene again where Jonah running around laughing and get tacked down violently.
[00:04]	Liu	hisses, panting from exertion
[00:05]	Jonah	"hahahahaha okay okay I apologize."
[00:05]	Jonah	"That's almost as fun as looking at what you confiscated."
[00:05]	Jonah	pants. That was tiring.
[00:05]	Liu	"Wh... do it seriously!"
[00:05]	Jonah	"beer?"
[00:05]	Jonah	offers.
[00:06]	Liu	is left speechless, unable to keep up with his suddenly docile attitude. She opens and closes her mouth several times.
[00:06]	Ai`	, elsewhere, questions Wally again.
[00:07]	Ai`	"They should not cause too many problems. You were talking about 'privacy'?"
[00:08]	`Wally	"Ehh? Well, not TOO many, I suppose. What about privacy?"
[00:09]	Ai`	"I do not know what it is. You were explaining."
[00:10]	`Wally	"Ahh geez, I thought you knew already; it's been like a month..."
[00:11]	Ai`	"I understand the definition, but not why it should override security efficiency."
[00:12]	`Wally	"It's like... I dunno, humans like having their own space, their own lives that other people won't pry into. It's just a natural human right, I guess, that there's some stuff you should be allowed to keep to yourself."
[00:14]	Ai`	"Can you give examples?"
[00:14]	Ai`	's unblinking, alien, curious, stare continues as always.
[00:17]	Jonah	"well,"
[00:17]	Jonah	sighs
[00:17]	Jonah	"Like I said. There's not many things to do here to have fun."
[00:17]	`Wally	sighs. Come on Ai, get with the program...
[00:18]	Jonah	"food and stuff is nice and all, but playing around with you really fix me up good."
[00:18]	Jonah	"Funny, ain't it?"
[00:18]	Jonah	laughs a bit.
[00:18]	Liu	scowls, still uncertain, but unfolds one arm to take the beer can, using her fingertips to lift it from around the rim.
[00:19]	Liu	"R-really?"
[00:19]	`Wally	"Well, uhh... This, island? Yeah, like, it'd be efficient to just lock up all supernatural people in a cell so they don't blow up the world."
[00:19]	Liu	flushes, giving the can a sniff
[00:19]	Jonah	"of course. C'mere, sit."
[00:19]	Jonah	pat the space besides him, and offering his uniform. He still has green underlayer so it's fine.
[00:20]	`Wally	"But people deserve a little freedom. They deserve to have their own life, liberty and pursuit of happiness, that kind of stuff."
[00:20]	Liu	accepts it, blushingly like a schoolgirl. Tentatively, she takes a sip.
[00:23]	Liu	and immediately spits, what the hell is this!?
[00:23]	Jonah	"Hahaha. Never tried one?"
[00:23]	Jonah	"Budweiser. America's signature."
[00:23]	Liu	"Whhhhyyyy,"
[00:24]	Jonah	"just gulp it. don't let it sit in your mouth."
[00:24]	Liu	whines, holding the can away from her, trying to get the taste off of her tongue
[00:24]	Ai`	processes for a moment before speaking again.
[00:24]	Jonah	"Drinkin' beer, we use our throat to feel it."
[00:24]	Ai`	"Humans consider privacy a necessary component of freedom?"
[00:24]	Jonah	look outside, enjoying the orange-ish hue of the sky.
[00:25]	`Wally	taps his head.
[00:25]	Jonah	"That's all there is to it, I guess. Being with you is kind of fun."
[00:25]	Jonah	"So I tend to do that a lot. Sorry."
[00:25]	Jonah	ruffles.
[00:25]	`Wally	"Mental freedom. Knowing nobody's spyin' on you."
[00:26]	Liu	would be steaming if she were wet. Or her hair were, at least.
[00:27]	Liu	's tail slips up from his other side, lying tantilizingly next to him, the tip flicking slightly every so often.
[00:28]	Ai`	remains silent as seconds tick away, longer than usual. Finally, she utters:

[00:29]	Jonah	just enjoys his time gazing the sky, humming music, and drink beer with someone.
[00:29]	Jonah	"When you have so little chance to be happy,..."
[00:29]	Jonah	"...better enjoy it as much as you can."
[00:31]	Phrine	"...Psst, I think this is when you're supposed to kiss~"
[00:31]	Phrine	says from the rafters~
[00:32]	Jonah	"Kiss who?"
[00:32]	Jonah	can't grasp the additional info.
[00:32]	Liu	squeaks like a startled hamster
[00:33]	Liu	looks around frantically, then straight up
[00:33]	Phrine	waves, danging her legs from a steel beam at least thirty feet above them.
[00:33]	Phrine	"I think you kiss each other~!"
[00:34]	Phrine	"You, you two, right there, yeah, you, and then her too."
[00:34]	Liu	's eyes practically bug out, and if it was possible, she blushes even deeper.
[00:34]	Jonah	"You don't make any sense, yo."
[00:34]	Jonah	shrugs.
[00:36]	Liu	that snapping sound? It Liu's pride, hopes, and patience. Also, a half-full can of beer being whipped toward the ceiling at subsonic speeds.
[00:38]	Phrine	"Wha...? But I... don't have a job..."
[00:39]	Phrine	"I forget... Did Mom ever make me get one...?"
[00:43]	Phrine	rocks back and forwards on the beam, thinking about jobs. As the can sails towards her she's on her rocks back, perfectly accidentally dodging it, leans too far, and comes tumbling to the ground flat on her back just the same.
[00:44]	Phrine	turns her head and looks at Liu blankly.
[00:44]	Jonah	"Hahaha you silly nigga"
[00:44]	Phrine	"You look a lot taller than you look~"
[00:45]	Phrine	does not seem to be any the worse for wear.
[00:46]	Liu	"How long have you been spying on us?!"
[00:46]	Liu	fumes
[00:48]	Phrine	"Ehhhh... How long have you been here?"
[00:48]	Jonah	"Eh, I only have two beers. You gotta settle with my half-eaten wurst if you want one."
[00:48]	Liu	"...Ten minutes? Fifteen?"
[00:48]	Jonah	presents one for Phrine.
[00:49]	Liu	counts on her fingers, caught off guard by the question before the contents of the beer can rain down on her.
[00:49]	Jonah	"whoa what the fu-"
[00:50]	Phrine	starts counting on her fingers as well. She gets stuck somewhere on her second hand and starts over several times.
[00:50]	Phrine	"Ahh ahh rainrainrain notgoodgoawaygetaway."
[00:51]	Phrine	instantly springs to her feet as if she was always standing, hikes her jacket over her head, and sprints into the darker corners of the hanger.
[00:53]	Liu	"Ah- get back here you-!"
[00:54]	Jonah	just sit there laughing his ass off as all this unfolds around him.
[00:54]	Liu	shakes her fist, forgetting that she is currently dressed in only a beer-drenched white dress shirt and her skirt, but doesn't give chase. Not worth it.
[00:54]	Jonah	"Hahahahahahaha, see? It never get boring around you."
[00:56]	Liu	mutters "doesn't sound like a compliment," under her breath, but still turns away, fiddling with her hair
[01:00]	Jonah	"C'mon. Let's go get the others. The view is nice, here."
[01:00]	Jonah	"And I need someone to top me up."
[01:00]	Jonah	shakes his empty can.
[01:00]	Liu	"...A-alright..."
[01:01]	Liu	relents, looking a little let down. She's careless presenting a second "nice view" if Jonah cares to look.
