Had a great movie idea in a dream just now: Story of a budding Psychopath and his/her older brother figure(undecided on specific relationship, but that was the feel)

In the dream, I saw both perspectives and experienced the mindset of both as a scene took place(think Vantage Point)

The first half of the trailer is from the unsuspecting "OB" perspective, where he has a few thoughts about how "P" has had a bit of a rocky road growing up but they've been looking a lot happier lately, tease line of how he sometimes doesn't know what P is thinking. His perspective ends when he has a negative thought about P, ending the thought when the two meet up with "P is gonna be so mad if they find out, but maybe I don't need to tell them." Smiles at P, P smiles back as the two walk off with P leading.

Second half starts, first shot is a close up of P with blank face and eyes closed. The face is coated in porcelain white and raised amidst a matching background, the shape of the facial fearures made by light reflecting and lack thereof. A stranger seems to be fleeing something, and looks a bit worse for wear. P enters the frame behind them and announces that they haven't evaded capture yet, urging the stranger to follow(P's face isn't visible in this scene). Quick cut back to shot of P's face, the sides of their lips stretching ever so slowly. The stranger follows, and after fleeing to a nondescript location, P reveals in a lighthearted manner how close they were to being seen(turned away from stranger and thus, the camera), stranger agrees with "it's a good thing you found me when you did". Quick cut back to shot of P's face, the corners of their lips are curving upwards. P turns slowly, revealing a cold expression and speaks in a detached manner "yeah, it is." Suddenly, P kills the stranger, quickly hiding the body out of view afterwards. P looks troubled after and sighs "damn it, I promised I'd be good". Walks off, "he's gonna be so mad if he finds out", P meets up with OB, who smiles. "But maybe I don't need to tell him..." P smiles back, leading OB away as the shot of P's face returns, showing a fully formed smile and their eyes slowly opening.
